Shipping was slow
Shipping was slow. Still trying to figure out length of on time. Appears it stops about 10 minutes no matter the setting. My wife said she thinks it is helping. This is her 3rd day of use. We are going through the 90 Day Plan with hopes our investment was worth it. We'll see.

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. They were backed up so there was a delay in delivery. Item is as advertised. Works well. Better than tens units I have tried. Product was definitely worth the purchase. I got extra pad at purchase which has helped me not be concerned about getting more right away and saved doing so.

IT WORKS
Let me tell more ReliveX is not just for the back, I was having with my right shoulder having to do with pain and not being able to raze it, well I used my ReliveX on my shoulder and know I can reach the sky without pain my Doctor is amazed she is going to check up on ReliveX and order two, one for herself and one for her father and mother.
I use ReliveX on my back, shoulders, hips, knees, and neck. In the amount of time I've seen and felt results through out my body, I'm standing up straight, getting out of bed with out pain, my stomach muscles have tightened (no more fat look) also at my age 78 I'm
I had flabby skin since using ReliveX Even the flabby skin is gone. As much as I complained about the delivery you can't go wrong.. I've decided NOT to get the belt and stay with ReliveX IT WORKS!!

It seems to work well only used it a handful of times so far. Stays charged. Used it for travel! Convenient and small. Love no cords!

Your product does exactly what my…
Your product does exactly what my chiropractor's NMES machine does. It works and gets me moving in the morning. I will give it the full 90 days. No where in the ads does it mention the frequency of pad replacement or the high cost of the pads, $10 per pad. You sell in 3's, so you have to order 2 packs,$60, to replace both pads twice. The fast delivery is not true. Everything takes at least 2 weeks. Tracking is good, you keep customer informed. I suspect your product comes from Korea, and everything is shipped from there. That is the 2 weeks. Don't wait for your pads to wear out, you will not be able to use the product while you wait.
The product is good. The pads last as long as advertised, if you follow the instructions.
Delivery time is very slow.

100 % satisfied in Canada.
I honestly feel there is no room for improvement. My ReliveX has made a huge difference in my life. I have very little pain and much more mobility. I use it 15 minutes daily but take a break on Sundays. I hope it always remains available.
Customs is involved so sometimes it takes a while but well worth the short wait.

Good product when you get past all the…
Good product when you get past all the gimmick add-ons.
Just seen the unit with enough pads for the 90 day trial. Two options the old design or the new updated version. When you've already ordered and you them get upgrade to a better version. That's insulting.
The relive x, i have had it 4 days so far. I have been using it twice a day and following the instructions. Not seen a difference get but you can certainly feel it maintaining deep into your muscles
I'll update after 90 days. Had back issues over 25 years ago i don't expect miracles and especially not in days

Be careful don't start to high a setting to quickly.
The product is helping but I do not have the issues advertised. I am happy with the product but will not order any more replacement pads because they took so long to get Herr. I thought they were coming from inside the United States if I had known they weren't I wouldn't have ordered them. I wanted relief quickly and had to wait weeks for everything to arrive. There is not any instructions. I had to get my chiropractor to tell me were to place the pads.

I skeptical at first but the purchase went smooth..
I skeptical at first but the purchase went smooth and received the shipment without any issues.
I’ve suffering with stenosis for a long time and the treatments have no improved my condition, so when I ordered this appliance I had little faith it would chance my condition, since I i had tried tenths units before, however to my surprise after using this clever little gadget for a week twice a day, my pain level have been reduced noticeably. I still have a while to continue to use it, but if all goes well I think whoever invented this deserves a medal.

Early days yet
Early days yet, but so far so good. I have Spinal Stenosis, degenerated disks and a bulging disk..L4/L5 area - lower back. As regards ReliveX, a company 100%... from purchasing to tracking and delivery. Had one query and was delt with straight away, excellent customer service....so lets wait and see....can't make me any worse....at this stage I have purchased every device going... from an inverter table to a verticale stretcher table, belts, leg weights for the pool plus other products...dealing with a bad back for over 36 years now so I really have tried everything and everybody, bonesetters, faith healers, chiropractors, acupunture, osteopaths, had 3 MRIs and a CT Scan....still waiting to see a orthopedic consultant.....anything to get relief....Thanks ReliveX for your swift service and support.
