Bought an item off vinted, received a QR code went to collect, the code would not work, the shop keeper told me to return the following day which I did, still didn't work, then I received two emails, one to track the parcel which was showing at the shop for collection and another saying parcel is delayed. I would not recommend using there company and I will not be using them again, very unreliable still waiting on an update as to why the item is not where it should be, bought things from China that have arrived faster than relay

I purchased and paid for Relay Home Delivery. Relay subsequently sent me a message encouraging me to select a collection point. I clicked this without it being made clear that this would permanently change the delivery method, and there was no warning that it couldn’t be reversed. I just want them to restore the home delivery service that I selected and paid for. It’s clearly a trick so they don’t have to make individual deliveries and can just send a load of parcels to the same shop address and needs to stop.

Just seen someone on Facebook mention the dire Trust Pilot score. Wow! I’ve had over 50 parcels delivered to me by Relay via Vinted. All perfect, for a bargain price. Delivered to my post office at the bottom of the road. Ideal.

Apart from the QR code issue, Relay is a good company and my parcels usually arrive quickly.
However, for parcel RELR5C2QJ3J at
Harlesden High Street, I was not sent the
QR code with the "your order has arrived" email. The tracking page was showing nothing.
I had to go to the shop twice with my tracking number and ID and was refused the parcel. Only after I made a formal complaint did they send the link, and I generated the QR code in 2 minutes.
It made me angry for no need. If the QR link had been sent from the beginning, !
would have given 5 stars.
Please send the QR code together with the arrival notification.

Awful company I can only assume other companies use them as they are cheap. Customer service is terrible. Avoid using at all costs.

Any delivery i’ve experienced using this company has always been bad. I’ve used it for different deliveries with different platforms and it has always been a bad experience. Bad service with dumb drivers.

Very bad service, 3 parcels have been lost very delayed communication. Please avoid this delivery company they should not be operating!!

By far the worst delivery company I have ever used. My parcel is over a week late, I’ve had zero updates. I’ve sent numerous emails just to have no response. The last time I ever use this company, absolute rubbish.

Worst courier delivery ever used on unfortunately two occasions both times prolonged delivery delay and lack of tracking and lack of customer support who pledged to provide update on delayed delivery but no response received … Not recommended given extreme negative experience having used on Vinted

they attempted delivery once to collection point didn’t end up dropping the parcel there and now there saying there going to send it back to sender after waiting weeks for the parcel even though it would be easier sending it directly to me stupid, terrible company would t recommend using them at all

They are the worst delivery company I've used I'm not happy with the service I've received twice as that's the only way I could get my parcels I've tried to get in touch with them to be honest I've got more chance of getting a bus to the moon than them getting back to me never again

I went to the Relay collection point and the trainers were there, but relay had organised a return and the collection label couldn't be scanned as accepted and they wouldn't hand over the parcel. I contacted Relay earlier in the week to say I was out of the country and returning today but no reply. I also went online to try and arrange a delivery hold, but there's no obvious way to do this. relay delivery has been an awful experience.

Terrible delays. Ordered a coat for a trip. Was then told it may take a month to arrive and maybe not even then. And I would have only two days to then report it LOST to get a refund. How are they allowed to operate?? Maybe should be called DElay instead. Vinted please don't allow them to deliver for you.

The only reason for a star is that you need one to write a review… using relay via Vinted , customer service is via email and response is awful , I contacted them about a parcel that was late , and it all changed to a 1 month window , leaving myself waiting for a parcel , and the Vinted seller waiting for payment. I’ve contacted four times since with no reply . They are terrible in all areas . Not recommended! Still waiting !

Used three times through Vinted - Never again. Two parcels “lost” and one delayed by a week.

Worst experience. Had specified a safe place for delivery which was completely ignored and now my package is on its way back to the sender. I needed it for a tradesman for today. Furious with the terrible service.

Customer service for failed delivery. 72hrs. Absolute joke.
Wait 25 business days for a failed delivery before you can claim a refund. On what planet!!

SENT 2 PARCELS FROM FLEET RD GARAGE USING RELAY DELIVERY - ONLY 1 PARCEL WAS SHOWN SENT - ASKED TO GO INTO GARAGE WHERE I WAS TOLD THE LABELS HAD BEEN MIXED UP AND SENT TO WRONG PEOPLE - THEN PARCELS HAD TO BE RETURNED TO GARAGE SO NEW LABELS COULD BE ATTACHED - TRIED TO CONTACT RELAY - MESSAGE SENT ASKING FOR CONTACT - NO REPLY - DO NOT USE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PARCELS.
