Today the delivery driver opened my front door and left my parcel in my hallway to say im shocked is an understatement I should really be informing the police as he has just let himself in my house to drop a parcel

Worst delivery service provider in the UK. Constantly spamming customers via WhatsApp to get them to collect their parcel. Sending misleading WhatsApp messages to make customers click on it which automatically changes the delivery to collection. You don’t even get to select the collection point.

Customer service is EXTREMELY AWFUL as well.

DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This company is a massive JOKE. Been waiting weeks for an order and every time i try to chase, it states its on its way despite the delivery window having past. The customer service is non existent, ive emailed them sevaral times and they NEVER reply. This company is just shocking. I cant get a refund as the parcel is showing as in progress! Never would i use this company for as long as i live. Absolutely shocking!

Left the package outside the door and it got stolen. I don’t understand why would a company lave the package outside in a hay street knowing it will get stolen.

I have a video of one of your driver going someone else’s parcel. this is disgusting!!

THE MOST useless courier I have ever experienced. Consistently delivering goods to a house that is unknown to me. Customer services don’t respond. I wish these companies wake up and terminate this contract. Wasting peoples time and money.

Worst courier ever! All my packages I’ve bought on Vinted were delayed with Relay. My current order has said out for delivery since yesterday and is stuck. Not sure why Vinted even allowed this courier in the first place. Cheap doesn’t mean good.

Can't believe how bad this delivery service is. Had a few bad experiences with evri in the past but relay definitely trumps it. I ordered from Asia a few days after my relay parcel was collected by courier and my parcel from Asia has beat the parcel coming from the same country.

I'm loathed to give one star for their performance. I've tried to contact their customer service team several times since the 4th September and have received no reply. My parcel wasn't tracked and has gone missing, and they just couldn't care less. Please don't use this company - they are shocking. They really need to be reviewed and shouldn't be allowed to operate as their service is appalling.

( I used relay on vinted just for reference) I know a lot of people choose Relay because the option is cheaper, but for anyone reading this, I strongly advise using any other courier aside from Relay.
I made the mistake of ordering around 7 parcels through Relay, and 2 of them have now been delayed with no updates for the last week.
Despite being a ‘tech’ company, their response time is non-existent. Some companies have a virtual/ ai assistant , this company does not , you have to submit an email , which they may or may not respond to .

I am waiting for relay courier delivery service to deliver a parcel for me i was told that my parcel would be delivered before the 15th of September so where is it im not happy about this matter and I want to know where my parcel is and when it will be delivered to 5 Blake Avenue Wath upon dearne Rotherham south Yorkshire i was told i can pick it up from the shop near me and I would receive a barcode to pick my parcel up from the shop so why do I still not have barcode or my order if this is the way you treat customers then its awful its been over 3 weeks since I placed order with jd sports and still bloody waiting for relay to deliver it i will never use relay again they are just taking the piss now

Absolutely disappointing delivery service. The wait has been ridiculous, especially considering how quickly I receive my SHEIN orders all the way from China. Somehow, an order being delivered locally takes longer than one travelling halfway around the world. The lack of updates and the overall delay are extremely frustrating. I will avoid it

Absolute Disaster. Tracked all the way from China, then got picked up after UK customs by Relay.delivery. My tracking number suddelnly stopped working and my parcel disappeared. No help available. This company are terrible DO NOT USE if you can help it. They should take the word delivery out of their name. 2nd parcel that this has happened to.

I have doorbell footage of the driver throwing the package out his car over my garden fence. Absolutely dire. I will not order from companies now that use relay for delivery. They also spammed me with WhatsApp unsolicited messages

Ordered from Vinted 8th September. Seller shipped same day. Relay stated delivery window of 10-14th September. Now 17th, and tracking STILL states ‘parcel on the way to Relay’s warehouse’. It has also now updated to a month delivery window with a chirpy ‘don’t worry’ message. Raised customer query. No response. I also paid more for home delivery and was then forced by Relay and their ambiguous messaging into selecting a store collection. Not that it matters as I can only assume that they are either completely incompetent, or my property has been ‘lost’ en route.

They are excellent!, just kidding, but they kindly sent me a photo of a random house with the wrong number on the door as proof of postage! May as well be a picture of the moon DELIVERED! Ridiculous service I get it's new but come on purely undercutting the lowest competition is hardly going to deliver the greatest results at least not to my address!

Returned a parcel 2 weeks ago and relay have had it for 9 days without dropping it off to collection point. Generic email response.

They lie about delivery failed . We have a doorbell camera no body even attempted to deliver our parcel ... Absolutely SHIT

Terrible delivery experience: 3 of 4 parcels "lost in transit". Extremely slow reply from customer support. Some of human agents are very efficient, providing a immediate resolution, others just not. For the first category mentioned, 5 stars. For example, the same day receiving the emails with the confirmation that the parcels were lost in transit: one of agents changed the status of the item immediately and I get the refund; the other agent didn't so I am still sending emails to Relay to fix that. No reply or resolution was coming from Relay about this yet . As the parcels were supposed to arrive in the end of August, it is very frustrating to have to wait so long time and waste my time with emails.
Definitely not recommend using this company for delivery if they will not improve their services.

Misleading people to go collect the parcel themselves and it takes longer for the parcel to arrive at the store than to be delivered. Most stupid and confusing idea ever. Whoever thought of this should get sacked unless making your customers confused and frustrated is the company's goal.
