I honestly wouldn’t even give this delivery company a single star if that were an option. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a courier service.
For five straight days, my parcel has supposedly been “out for delivery,” yet no attempt has actually been made to deliver it. No knock at the door, no missed delivery note, nothing. Just the same recycled updates with zero action behind them. It feels like the tracking system is completely meaningless.
Customer service hasn’t helped either—vague responses, no accountability, and no clear explanation of what’s going on. It’s incredibly disappointing to be left waiting day after day with no real progress or communication.
At this point, it’s not just an inconvenience—it’s a complete failure of service. I would strongly advise others to avoid using this company if you actually want your parcel delivered.

The Relay driver that has delivered parcel to me just puts them on the doorstep and walks away they don't even bother to knock and let you know

Despite having been informed not to deliver after 6pm as the farm gate is on auto lock. Receive an email of delivery window between 4 to 9PM .
We're in an isolated area and not easy to find the farm in the dark !

Terrible service. 1st package from Relay was a shop pick up. Was messaged to say it had arrived. Nope not delivered. 2nd attempt still not arrived. Day after…finally. Thought the delivery to my address would be better. I have cctv , so I know that they didn’t attend my address at the failed delivery time. They called from an 020 number, when I answered on the second call, they hung up. 3 day wait for next delivery. Absolutely no customer service, no one you can contact, just a generic q and a page. Absolute dross, never have any issues with the other delivery services. Very Dissatisfied.

I was apprehensive about my delivery after seeing all the negative reviews. My delivery was excellent . It was delivered on time. The tracking kept me up to date; up to point of delivery. The gentleman who delivered the parcel was friendly and polite. Maybe I was lucky he knew my area well. Thank you for an excellent service and delivery

My vinted parcel was picked up by the courier to be returned to the seller but no update sent! The tracking info indicating that the parcel is simultaniously at my local parcel shop and it is being delayed!! This confusion makes my refund complicated and I do not even know if I am going to get it
I have also found out they are part of royal mail which explains a lot of their faults!

I've used Relay 4 times and two out of the 4 parcels have gone missing/permanently still in transit. Contacted them regarding the first missing item and had an email back to say they were looking into it then nothing. I will be advising anyone who buys from me or who i buy from not to use them in the future as they only have a 50% chance that the item will arrive, Very Poor Service.

Worse than yodel, which takes some doing. 2 parcels now not delivered, they stated unable to deliver, strange as I was home on both occasions and Amazon and the royal mail managed it on the same day. When it takes them days to redeliver, if at !!

Sending me pick-up emails as the buyer and not updating progress of order.
I’ve sold items on vinted countless times, using service providers such as inpost and evri with no issues whatsoever. I have only needed to send with relay around 4 times so far and at first it seemed to be fine but the last two orders I received and sent with relay have been a nightmare. I took the parcels to the shop and had them scanned and sent with no problems but when I checked the buyers chats, it was still saying I needed to send them out. After checking in my emails I noticed I’d received two from relay saying they have received my parcel and it will be sent to buyer soon. There was also a link to a tracking number to see updates on delivery. Upon clicking the link it asked me to put in my postcode and stated I would be receiving a package soon and I would need to pick it up at a location I have never heard of. Clearly this is the email that should have been sent to the buyer not the seller. It’s not been nearly 12 hours since I sent the parcels out and it is still asking me to send them. There is no easy way to contact someone that could help and there are no results when searching for a solution in their website. J know other people who have had similar issues to me so If possible stick to evri and inpost and stay as far away as possible from relay.
