I must admit I was a bit scared at first but from my first text conversation with Jay to phone call on getting everything from starting to finish they are very responsive and getting the work done Albert and Micheal they were wonderful can wait for my website to be launched.

It was a pleasure to work with Ben Hawkins and his team for three months. The pros and cons will be explained.

I encourage people to work with Ben Hawkins when they are new to Shopify, but I do not recommend them to work with Ben when they are new to the platform. Be sure to research Shopify and the requirements in Shopify before hiring Ben. As a deaf person, Shopify platform only handles customer service via chat, and there is no phone number to call and communicate, since I have a video phone with an ASL interpreter. Basically, Ben Hawkins will teach you what to do with products and some other stuff that you need to do in half the time. Because Ben Hawkins is a web designer, he will not tell you what you need for Shopify. As an example, I did not realize that I had to pay him for domain when it is in shopify, and it turns out it has to be a website link, not a shopify one. It is important to have a logo, and the price is reasonable. Printy is an app that can be used to create a logo for products. In that case, Ben can assist you, but if you haven't researched the image that you're using, he cannot tell you if it's copyright or not. You shouldn't use any products until you have asked him first. ASK him and he will answer. Price-wise, it's not bad and more likely affordable. The majority of videos have no closed captions, so after 3 months, I finally found a shopify course that offers closed captions every 3 minutes so I can understand and follow the steps. There are a few problems I can name, but that is how business works. When you are ready, Ben Hawkins and his team will assist you. The only thing I regret is that I paid them before I knew what I needed to do. I made a mistake there. There are times like that.

The only thing I would like Ben to do is remove any "dummy" descriptions that are unnecessary or need some adjustments before it goes live. The experience was disappointing for me. I am like that, and that's how I am. It would be great if I had a proper guide before I started using Shopify.

The Pros are Ben Hawkins and his team, who are willing to make any effort to ensure you are satisfied with your website. You can always count on Ben for shopify or any other business needs you may have. He explains better through video phone than text in my opinion only when it is necessary to explain what needs to be done and how to do it. Although I am not rich nor do I have my own personal interpreter, he may be the man you're looking for to open your business. Invest more time in your business website if you need it. Get in touch with him before you start your business or when you are half way through it. That way, you can get an accurate estimate. The best time to have Ben is when you are investing your money and he is not too expensive, but the best time is when you have the entire money to take advantage of everything he can do for you. My favorite part is when I text him, he always replies and handles the little issue with your shopify account.

I am in the process of learning shopify for my second shop. Upon 99% understanding of Shopify, I look forward to working with you if that is okay with you.

Ben has been instrumental in making our visions come true with our business website. He has been very responsive and communicated effectively each time I have reached out. I give them a 5 star review because reign web experts have made it so great to work with!

I found Reign on Facebook. I was a little apprehensive at first but after a couple of contacts I found Albert and his team to be very professional. When ever I contacted them with something that I wanted changed they were on top of it right away. I recommend them to several companies that I know looking for web services and I highly recommend Reign.

With Ben I have the best experience. I was anarque by some bad people, but with Ben my experience was quite different. He always communicate with you, always available for the changes that I wanted. Albert was great to work with. Very responsive and professional. He was able to educate me along the way. One thing I wish was more clear in the beginning, is all of the potential add-on pieces that are needed along with the cost. This was not Alberts fault, but something the company could improve on with advertising correspondence. Highly recommend working with Albert of you get the chance!
