Excellent Service at a great Price.
I usually don't give 5 star reviews unless it's truly earned. This is one of those cases. I've been using them for years and their support is always fast and reliable. Their pricing is lower than many competitors, but the quality never feels compromised. I even tried another provider once for a special deal, but quickly switched back to REIGN WEB EXPERTS.

I think these guys are scam artists, based on my experience. I was told that when I signed up with them, I would get started selling and make enough money each month to pay for the advertising, as well as, to show a profit. I was specifically told, by Ben, that after about six months profits yes, after costs of the goods and advertising - should be $5,000 monthly.

Not only was it not $5,000, It was ZERO. I did not have one sale. I had about ten visits to my online store. I believe I was misled and ;lied to.

I must be one of the unlucky ones because I've only had 2 orders in 9 months and using AliExpress is a big mistake because both orders were returned for some shipping issues twice for each order and after paying them $250. to develop the page which was a disaster from the beginning after their "team" actually posted crap that I would make literally .02 cents profit on and many products that were listed at my cost, no profit... unbelievable!! and I even paid for my own Domain and paid the "Experts" $600. for their ad campaign that flopped big time, not to mention the $39. to Shopify every month. I have paused my Shopify account and will most likely trash the whole thing as a major loss. Unless you have a lot of expert knowledge how to operate and run Shopify, DSers, AliExpress etc... and keep correcting the Reign Experts while you wait sometimes for days for a response, Stay far away from these "experts" and save your money. Total waste of my time.

As a single mom, I’ve been trying to keep it all together and my Shopify store felt like my last real shot at creating something to run daily expenses for my kids. Given my past experiences with different companies and freelancers I was honestly scared to trust anyone again then I connected with Mike from Reign.

From the very first call, Mike didn’t make it feel like a sales pitch. He listened really listened. He walked me through everything wrong with my store, explained what needed to change, and laid out a plan that actually made sense. No fake guarantees. Just thoughtful, honest advice on how I should be running my store.

Normally, I’d wait to see results before leaving a review but this time is different.

Within two days of getting started with the Shopify Automation package, Mike and his team had already cleaned up my store, adjusted the products, reorganized the layout, and fine-tuned the pricing. And to my complete surprise... I received three real orders in a single day. I even spoke to the customers myself, they’re real, and the sales were real.

Today is only day three, and I’m already seeing the possibility of making $900 this week. That may not be a fortune to some, but for someone who almost gave up, it means the world.

And Mike, if you’re reading this don’t be surprised by this review. You earned every word of it. You didn’t just help my store you helped restore my belief that good people and real support still exist.

UPDATE: 6 months into it. Now, I asked them to change the products and they aren't responding to any of my text or emails. I still see them "creating" adds on Facebook and Instagram, but they are obviously not doing anything. Still ZERO sales in 6 months. I just asked for a refund and let's see how long that will take. From another post, it took them months to get a refund. VERY, VERY disappointed. If I could give them a "0," I would. I would run away from them. They are avoiding me, my emails, and phone calls.

I signed up back in December 2024. It was a small fee that they charge to get it going. Thinking that was it, they upsold me on their "marketing and SEO" package for another $1500 or so. They said it would take 3 months before I see any sales. Fast forward about 90 days, no sales. I get about 2 or 3 a day, but nothing. I approached them about it and they tried to sell me an "add on" to their existing product. I was surprised they wanted to just keep selling stuff rather than find ways to improve what they have already done.

I am still hopeful and optimistic, but also discouraged. I know it's not a get rich scheme by any stretch of the imagination, but one one sale and only 2 or 3 visits a day. I find that embarrassing when I paid good money for their "service." Kevin is putting out sales video on Instagram and Facebook, but it's not attracting too many customers.

As of this point, all I can say, "you get want you pay for." Crap in, crap out. Definitely, not the best quality website nor customer service thus far in my 3 months of working with them. I'll update once I see some activity.

I worked with them for 5 months now. Paid all their startup and monthly fees, also paid monthly Shopify fee. They said I would get ROI but now they say ROI is not guaranteed. And I am still negative losing money everyday. 
They also said that they would refund me but still have not delivered.

Update:
Scam I paid them to work on my store. 6 months with no results. I am negative money I paid for their monthly service and start up. Plus Shopify fee. 

They said they would give me a partial refund on for their poor performance on working with my store. 

I waited and still no refund. 

They told me to delete the review and they would send refund. I deleted it and they still did not send refund. 

I posted again and they said they would again send refund if I delete. But they still have not sent me refund.

I have contacted you and still am waiting for the refund. You are just buying time and making me remove my reviews and not even sending refund like you said.

The store did not generate revenue for months like you said and you just keep saying the same thing trying to buy time so that you can get more people to pay for your services.

Kevin is doing a fantastic job with the redesign of my Shopify store. It is hands down 100% better! His communication is great and he responds very fast. I will absolutely use him again!

Ben was great ! Responsive and created my website just how I wanted it!!

Where do I even start…? My POC for the most part has been Ben. They (he) has been the utmost personable, understanding, & timely in his reaction to my multiple- ever changing ideas, requests. Not only patient & accommodating, but very quick on their turnaround time. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend their services. I will be using them more.
