Extremely disappointed and alarmed by Lumons failure to transfer my money (they say they have a problem with Barclays bank) or to warn me there was a problem with the transfer. Apparently there are a lot of transfers that have not gone through and this is very worrying. I have now logged a formal complaint and intend to take this to the Regulator as it is shocking that a Co like Lumon, who is entrusted with money transfers, can have such a serious failure and then not warn their customers about this. I follow up this review with an update as I’m relieved that my transfer went through and again Harry was very helpful in reaching out to me which I really appreciate.
