The two pictures I had chosen and gave as give were hugh hit! The quality and detail was impressive and will definitely use this service for future gifts. The joy that the recipient shows when receiving their special picture is wonderful.

My portrait was accidentally sent to the wrong address, and someone was able to send me another portrait to the correct address in record time. Excellent customer service!

The portrait is ok, a little washed out, but ok.
Not ok is how long it took. I paid the extra money for the super fast, skip the line, delivery & that seemed to have no effect at all.
I would probably use this again, but I would not believe you can get "quick" delivery. It will take the better part of a month AFTER you approve the portrait.

Hi! So this is my second order from Pawtraits and I loved my first one. This one is great there were just a couple issues. I had two dogs in this one and only one of their names were included and a smaller issue is that one of the dogs is black and in the photo he was changed to brown. I can handle that but it would be great if both dogs names were featured. Photo quality was great I love the artwork. Just those small issues

I've purchased three of these paintings as gifts, and each recipient loved their portrait. The first two were individual portraits sent to my friends who are a couple. On one of the first portraits, I needed to reject the first proof because I did not know how to select the right photo for the task. I learned and the correction went smoothly. Both portraits received were masterpieces - my friends love them and put them up prominently in their home. They tell me all the time about how many positive comments they get about them.

The third portrait was for my father-in-law's 82nd birthday. We were still searching for 'the right' gift a few days before his birthday, and I received an email from Regal Paw Prints about being able to get a portrait 'last minute' for Valentine's Day - which is also Dad's birthday. I uploaded the perfect photo and then got busy at work. I totally forgot about the order and completely missed the emails and texts about approving the proof. Fortunately, when I did not respond, the artist approved the proof for me. He also sent me a digital file to print immediately, so that I would have a gift to give on time, even if any delays with delivery cropped up. The painting arrived in beautiful condition, and Dad was thrilled with it. In years past, we had gifted Dad a genealogical search of his family crest, and a Lairdship title that came with “purchasing” a plot of land in a forest reclamation charity project in the Scottish Highlands. This portrait, by far, has been the best gift we have given him, second only to his grandchildren. He and my (very particular) Mother-in-Law put this portrait up prominently in their living room. They have shown it off to all of their friends. They emailed the e-proof to his cousins overseas. Last month, Dad fell off a ladder, breaking his neck and causing him weeks of recovery in the hospital. During recovery, he and Mom showed off the painting to the doctors, nurses, and house staff. He used it to keep himself motivated through his exercises. When we were fortunate to be able to bring him home well and walking, that portrait went right back up on the wall where he looks at it every day. When he sees it, he knows that he is a king in his family’s eyes, and that makes all the difference in the world. Thank you for your excellent work on this, and for your part in our family’s story.

I loved the photo of my husband as a viking! It was easy to order and the order came promptly. I would order from this company again.

Extremely poor quality print. Approved eye color in photo proof is blue, printed image from regal pawtraits has black eyes.
Horrible customer service. Had to report them to BBB for help.
They do not print the approved proof with correct/matching quality of the proof. Refuse to replace it even though the website states they will per company policy

I really enjoyed the portrait and the fact that was already framed was added bonus

I have requested a return and tried to correspond with Regal Paw traits multiple times due to a faulty product and have heard nothing in response but continue to get marketing emails, which is extremely irritating when all i want is a response to our email.
