I would have given a 5
I would have given a 5; however, the automated emails concerning delivery etas and such did not go out. Let me say though that once I contacted them they corrected all problems immediately. This included sending a a part that was left off of the first delivery. In business problems happen, however how those issues are resolved promptly is what is important.

I didn't want to leave a bad review but…
I didn't want to leave a bad review but you keep asking me. I purchased a list of parts and paid for them along with shipping. After a week or so I received all but 3 parts. Then two weeks later I received a box with those parts and I was charged for shipping then after I already paid to ship the whole order. They said I received an email that must have went to spam but the copy of the email that I was sent only had 1 party listed on it.
