I attended the above course. My trainer was a lovely lady called Tanya. She delivered the course content professionally and with current knowledge. She treated me as an individual (as well as the other seven attendees). In addition to this she also displayed humour, kindness and happiness throughout the two days, and made the course an enjoyable experience. Thank you Tanya😊

Tracy was an amazing tutor for my First Aid refresher, very informative but also had a sense of humor.

My first time attending the emergency first aid at work course. Rebecca is very knowledgeable and explains the course well, and you can tell she cares about her work! There was a good mix of practical and theory throughout the day. Definitely learnt a lot

Ordered a simple walking frame that is urgently required, in stock , paid on the 17th. No feed back or order status update, now on phone 25minutes waiting. Disappointed with this organisation.
Update now 30th after more emails and no feed back, refund and also they have delivered the frame that's not needed. I seriously believe this bureaucratic organisation is wasting money, that is donated in good faith by many. I shall no longer be donating.

This was the most engaging first aid course I have ever attended. Heather, the trainer, explained everything clearly and patiently answered our many questions. There was a good balance between theory and practice. I’m so glad we chose Red Cross for our first aid training. Jacky

The British Red Cross staff from Nottingham delivered variouse pieces of equipment to my 92 yr old Mum who had suffered several falls recently.
Their customer care skills were impeccable 👌 Thank you Rob and Andy.

I thoroughly enjoyed my three day first aid training course. The Instructor was Rebecca Hutchison and I found that content of the course and the way it was presented was excellent. For me Rebecca ran the course in a very relaxed way making more interesting and easy to digest, giving delegates regular positive feedback throughout the course.Big thank you to Rebecca. I will benefit greatly from this course.

I attended a 1st Aid course 20th July in Warmley Bristol, I couldn’t fault it and came away with loads of information, Chris Randall the trainer was very knowledgeable and made it fun. Thank you. Amanda

Sorry, I usually love this store and love going in there to browse and I hope this doesn't come across as rude but the last time I was here I came in and wanted a plate I saw in the window in a huff and puff and seemingly annoyed the man got the plate. When we were at the till however, he kept scratching and rubbing his hair and then touching the plate all over, like continuously. If it was once I could've maybe looked past it. But it was disgusting to say the least. I eventually had to say doesn't matter and left the store. But please just be mindful of this as it really put me off and ruined the experience. This was the BRC in Newtown Shopping Centre.

I worked for the redcross for many years and it’s the worst place I’ve ever worked. They say it’s a charity it’s a multi million pound business not a charity anymore. Managers ? What a disgrace, the bullying and discrimination that goes on in this place needs the world to know how disgusting they treat staff. If your face doesn’t fit no matter how excellent you work you’re bullied out by managers. There’s a click that goes on in the main office, all backstabbing each other. Whoever donates to this so called charity needs to stop, they collected 160 million for Naples and said they would rebuild the whole village, they only built 16 houses where did the other money go? Lining back pockets of managers and expensive CEOs, they are on £187,000 per year, what do they do? They always go to places of disaster only to pocket extra money from vulnerable people take take take, they give nothing, all they do is get volunteers so where’s all the money going? Ask yourself that?
They make up stories, make up complaints against their staff they need to be exposed to the papers to let the people know what’s going on, their logo is ‘be kind’ only to people who’s donating workers nope they treat you like rubbish.

I attended this course in Southampton on the 26th and 27th June. The Trainer Sarah was very professional and made the course enjoyable. Marcus.

Tracey delivered the course clearly and made the day fun and enjoyable. I left with my questions answered and confidence in administering first aid.

My wife just had the most unpleasant phone call in her life today like its not bad enough having to have to ask for food to help feed our baby in these hard times he made her literally cry making her feel extremely uncomfortable as if she were a criminal we have a chicken breast and some onions left between 3 of us including my 2 year old daughter because of this we were told were not eligable for a food parcel the Red Cross is a disgrace and do not care about human being in need

Sarah was absolutely fantastic. Her teaching and 1st Aid knowledge is excellent. Thankyou for an excellent 3 day 1st Aid training experience.

Rebecca Hutchinson was amazing with us. Far exceeded her responsibilities to make sure that everything was taylored to our personal requirements and relevant to our specific roles. Came away knowing far more than I have from any previous first aid courses. Thoroughly enjoyable and would recommend her in a heart beat!

Elijah Watson was very engaging and a brilliant tutor. Made the course interesting and fun.

Rebecca Hutchinson was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond and was so attentive to all our needs, and making sure she made each topic relevant to each of our workplaces. She made me feel really comfortable throughout the 3 days and as though all my personal experiences were listened to with empathy.
