I am a landlord in the Willesden Green area many years and would like to give a positive review of the superb service I receive from the Winkworth. The team in the Kensal Rise and Queens Park office are always extremely supportive and always on hand to provide guidance especially with the current changes in the private rental sector. This service extends to dealing with any maintenance issues, prompt statement sending and tenant changeover, so basically the whole package for a landlord. I would also like to give a name mention of my main contacts at the office, Aaron, Fabian, Stanislava, Michael and Yanick who are always so pleasant and accommodating to do business with.

I've been renting a property in Islington since moving to the country 25 years ago, but became exasperated with the falling service levels -and general incompetency of managing agents. New charges and ever longer contracts, full of small print, none of it in the landlord's interest.
I now self-manage and used Winkworth's to find tenants.
I can thoughly recommend Connor in the Upper Street branch.

But not once, in the 11 months of selling my difficult property did they let me down. 100% friendliness, communication, wisdom to advise, get things done accurately.
