No toilet on bus
No toilet on bus. No stop on 3 hr journey. Driver does not help with loading luggage. Drives too slow...about 80km/hr.

The App doesn't work. You can't login. They don't send you the OTP by WhatsApp, and even when you decide, disappointed by the email and phone number login process, to login through Google...nothing happens.

Worst service provider ever. Search a ticket for TBG, and the apps change it to TBS without notifying. They claimed that it was an ‘alternative’. The apps and service is misleading and without passenger concern. Plus the extra cost for compulsary ticket boarding pass at terminal

Worst company in the world
Never wrote a review but feel I have to. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Booked a ticket only to not receive a boarding pass online via email. The app broke and was not able to log into the app. Had to go and print it off in the coach station resulting in me missing the bus as the queues were long.
USELESS redbus & USELESS Qistna Express
On Fri (26/12/2025), me & 10 other passengers were left stranded @ Malaysia Immigration. The bus (BDM 5666, I think the alphabets are correct) left without us. According to the bus company, Qistna Express, the driver said he waited for 1 hour & left. LIAR!!! There were 11 passengers stranded. No one knew the bus left until one of us called Qistna Express @ +65 83540307 & I spoke to a lady & she is equally useless. She did arrange for another bus (...1221, I hope I got the license plate number correct) but this bus could only take 7 passengers. There were still 4 passengers. This useless lady said the next bus would be @ 8pm. I do not believe her, after what had happened to us. BTW, I also call +603 27053799, spoke to a man name Aziz. He said he will find out & call me back half hour later. At time of writing this, Aziz has yet to call me back.
I will never ever recommend anyone to use redbus ever again & I will also inform all my friends to not use redbus or Qistna Express.
BTW, when I made the online bookings with redbus, there were no info whatsoever that from Singapore to TBS, there will be transit of bus @ Malaysia Immigration. If I knew, I would never have made this online booking. CHEATER!!!

Perkhidmatan yang sangat teruk, beli tiket jam 730malam, bas hantar ke stesen bas yang lain untuk naik bas yang lain. Tunggu sehingga jam 9 malam tidak ada bas. Bila Telefon customer service, jawapannya sabar ja lah cik...adui mcm ni punya service sangat teruk.

hopeless service, I took bus from klia to KL sentral ,prev exp said you can seat anywhere, so when I took the front seats, they told me to seat at your registered seats . Fine
so on my next trip, I booked the front seats, and shit happened, the idiot at the bus entry said you Can sit anywhere.

I had a very disappointing experience on this trip. When we arrived at the bus station in Singapore and were loading our luggage, one of the drivers threw my luggage. I politely asked him to handle it carefully because it could get scratched, but he replied that he didn’t care and even shouted at me. This is not how customers should be treated.
When we reached the Malaysia checkpoint, the driver told us he would wait 30 minutes in front. We cleared immigration in less than 20 minutes, but the bus left us behind, even though we had paid over 200+ MYR for the tickets. There were no other buses to take from there, and we were stuck for almost an hour trying to find other options.
We then booked another ticket for 2 people, but the pickup location was wrong (we thought Larkin was the same as the checkpoint). We waited again for 1 hour, only to realise it was the wrong location because someone had misinformed us. Eventually, we had to purchase yet another pair of tickets from another app, and we literally had to ask another bus company to help bring us to KL.
In total, we spent over 400+ MYR because of this situation. This has been the worst long-distance bus experience I’ve ever had, even though it was only my second time taking this route. I sincerely request a refund for the inconvenience, cost, and stress caused by the drivers and the poor handling of the situation.starmart express Bus number RAV6

Misleading App Information and Zero Advance Notice
I use your app almost every month to book round-trip tickets between Singapore and Times Square. However, this time after I purchased the ticket, I was only informed right before boarding that the bus would terminate at TBS instead of Times Square.
If the destination is no longer Times Square, then why is your app still selling tickets that clearly state Times Square as the drop-off point? This is extremely misleading.
What’s worse is the complete lack of advance notification. I was only told at the counter when exchanging the ticket. This left me with no time to make proper arrangements. You should be aware that arriving at TBS in the middle of the night means there is no public transport available, and passengers are forced to take Grab. At that point, taking a flight from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur would have made more sense than using your service.
The most unacceptable part is that your app continues to display and sell Times Square as the destination, even though the bus no longer goes there. This is effectively deceiving customers. I am extremely disappointed and expect this to be addressed seriously.
Appalling service
I purchased tickets through redBus and the experience was extremely poor. The voucher was meant to be delivered within 15–30 minutes, but after waiting four hours (which disrupted our plans), I had to call them. They promised to sort it out and call me back, but never did. I had to ring again and insist they stay on the line until the tickets were finally emailed.
The customer service was appalling, the in-app support was unusable, and we had to try multiple phone numbers before finally reaching someone. Buyer beware!
