Most impressive is their service
The most impressive thing about Recoverychip is their service. I corresponded thru their online and at first I thought it was another chat bot. I was proved very wrong. The person answered all my questions and genuinely wanted to help.
As it turns out, I placed our first order and they had to ship to Canada. We got the chips today and everything was in perfect order.

Great medallion
My daughter had her one year sobriety birthday and I ordered her the one year sobriety medallion. Was a great day for us to celebrate and the medallion is absolutely beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice.

Delay
I've never had any problems with Recovery Chip until now, but I ordered my 1 chip on Oct 14 and was told to expect delivery within 3-10 work days. On Oct 26, I received a survey asking about my delivery. I responded that I never received the chip. On Oct 28, John Gall apologized and was very nice. He let me know you were waiting on USPS to scan the package. It's 11/3 (14 work days after I ordered the coin) and it still has not arrived. I was hoping to be more timely in giving this coin to someone dear to me to mark her first 30 days in the program, but that day is well behind us now. I know delays happen, but since you asked for a review, I thought I would share my experience.
