My experience wasn’t great I order two items a chip and a money clip.
The chip was delivered But the money clip has not been delivered AND I can not get anyone to respond to my reply emails asking what’s the problem. I guess I’ll see if I get any response from this correspondence.

I have used recovery chips for a few years and each year they have improved service and product. I appreciate the speed in which I receive my very important orders.

I never received my chip. The shop app just says " in transit". It was shipped three weeks ago, no tracking info at all. 9 years clean and I do online meetings, I definitely won't be buying anything else from this place.

From the ordering experience to delivery, evrrything was great. The selection of items are vast, and they have an array of items for all types of people. Honestly, I was purchasing this for a friend to celebrate his sobriety and felt a bit overwhelmed by the amount of options to choose from... this is nothing bad, just I didn't know really what to get as I never did this before for anyone, but I settled on the pure silver Recovery Chip.
When you get to the ordering screen for the item, you have a section where you can put in notes, so I put in the reason and quick story behind the reason I purchased this gift for my friend. I think this is great, since I was able to put in the year(s) of sobriety for my friend and that it was a gift.
During the checkout screen, it allows you to provide a seperate address, so I can directly ship it to my friend while putting in my information for the billing.
The chip came in quicker than expected. I was surprised by the shipping speed, but was given a tracking number so I was able to give my friend a heads up and keep an eye out for the "gift" (I didn't tell him what I was getting him), and sure enough, it came right on-time and exactly when it said it would.
My friend called me and thanked me for the gift, but said, "Hey, I been sober for two years, not one." OH MAN, I read my text wrong, lol. I went back to the text of him telling me his sobtiety anniversary, and sure enough, it was two years. I read it wrong and purchased the one year. I played it off by saying, "Yeah, I missed your first one, so this is for that. I'll get you that two year chip soon," lol.
Suffice to say, I will be buying the two year chip real soon for my friend's two years of sobriety. I'm proud of him.
By the way, the company kept in contact throughout the entire process to ensure that I had any questions answered and no issues. Great service.

So, in short (and TLDR version):
Everything was great. There are a vast collection of chips to choose from. The chip is great quality and my friend loved it (it was purchased as a gift for him). Shipping was quick and tracking number was provided. The business keep in contact with you throughout the entire process. My friend loved the gift (I purchased the pure silver chip). I misread my friend's text, it was two years of sobriety, not one. I told him that was for the first year I missed (to play it off). Now, I will be ordering him a year two chip from Recoverychip. Definitely recommend.

Ordered from this website a few times, and I've never had an issue, until recently.

I placed an order on April 18. On April 19, a shipping label was created, but my order was never given to USPS for shipment. I reached out twice to ask for an update - no response. It has been almost 3 weeks since my order and I still haven't received it. Thankfully, I paid with Paypal so I was able to submit a dispute and get a refund.
