Your total application time needs to be reduced; it is too bureaucratic before money can be transferred from nominated accounts. We needed to talk to your customer support (Five Star Julie, who was very good), who guided us through the process before we could transfer money to our account. We have several other investment accounts and yours has proved to be the most frustrating to the point where we were tempted to seek investment elsewhere.

Being able to phone and quite quickly speak to a human. Very helpful operators. Very easy to transfer money from my bank, and Recognise immediately let you know you've deposited money by message and email. The rate is good too!
