Recognise bank recommended
Recognise bank is very easy to use for online banking, straight forward setting up of savings account which had a very good interest rate. Notified me within minutes of receiving each deposit, I would definitely use this bank again.

Efficient and good customer service as well as good rates.
I am already a customer and have been very satisfied with the efficiency and contact at Recognise, as well as their good savings rates. Being able to speak to helpful customer service people is a huge bonus.
Just a little niggle, I recently had notification of a maturing 3 year bond but the options for reinvestment given were only a 3 year bond or a notice account. I wanted a 1 year bond so had to open a new one and then transfer the funds when it matured. Why are 1 and 2 year bonds not offered as maturity options? Otherwise, great. Update - I have looked today 11th and, lo and behold, I have been offered all the bonds as maturity options so top marks for fixing this. Changed to 5 star as a result.

Overall very happy with the service just one point when I transferred a deposit on a Sunday it did not credit my account until the next day hence lost one days' interest
