as of today 5/5/2026, rebag has stolen my bags ive sent them and refuse to pay me out my money. So first off I sent them in 4 bags totalling a cash buyout of around $3.4k. I see the new ridiculous policy is payout WITHIN 30 days of recieveing the item which i was okay with. Some time passes and I ask them for an update on my money to which they tell me processing is 30 days AFTER they accept the bags, despite the website saying different. They also bumped down their offers on my BRAND NEW from store bags , making up straight up lies that they have scuffs and refused to send me any pics or proof of this damage. It took me making a report to the BBB for someone named lorey whos apparently higher up at rebag to come and help, to which she said shed be releeasing my money right away as a “courtesy” (which shows rebag doesnt have to hold your money for 30 days, they CHOOSE to.) The money gets released into my rebag wallet to which it charges a 3% fee to pull your money out “early” (within 15 days) so if you want your money out without the 3% fee, you have to wait ANOTHER 15 days😂😂😂. So now for 5 days in a row ive been attempting to withdrawl the money they rightfully owe me from my rebag balance to my bank account, and every time i do , IT REFUSES AND SENDS me and email saying the transfer failed. Reached out to customer service, no response. Their phone number has stopped working. Lorey, the higher up essentially told me to screw off that their was nothing she can do. All of this screams rebag has run out of money and only has inventory hence why they will straight up pay you hundreds extra and practically beg you to keep your money in their hoping you wont ever actually pull it out, but if you actually want your money you are rightfully owed to your bank account, cash in hand like they promise, they will penalize you in any way possible, make sure they keep your money from you. Rebag, you have hours to release my money and let it transfer to my bank account otherwise the next step is a class action lawsuit amongst me and every other person youve victimized and held their money hostage. you guys are engaging in illegal activity that comes off as money laundering or once again you guys just went broke. Unfortinatley you guys should not have been accepting this many buyouts if that was the case and now its time for you to pay up. These disgusting thieves need to release my money and then be held accountable.

You didnt address a single thing? Straight up theres no other way to go about holding you guys accountable for your illegal and more than likely money laundering practices than to go about a lawsuit where you guys would lose. You guys really think youre getting away with this, I look forward to seeing this absolute coperate scam of a business get shut down very soon.

Condition not as described

The bag is much more scuffed than shown in the photos and very noticeable. I would not consider it in “very good condition”, more of good or fair. Also the dust bag you sent with it is too small for the bag. Overall very disappointed in the purchase.

I submitted my Chanel GST bag to Rebag…

I submitted my Chanel GST bag to Rebag based on an initial estimate of $2,960. That estimate was the only reason I decided to send my bag in the first place.
After holding my bag for one full month, Rebag came back with a revised offer of $1,700 — a 40% reduction — citing “minor wear” on a pre-owned, discontinued bag. Their own word was “minor” yet the price dropped by nearly $1,300.
Due to the confusing nature of their app, I accidentally clicked accept on the revised offer and immediately notified them of the mistake. A Rebag representative acknowledged it was an accident and asked if I wanted the bag returned. Despite this, they are now refusing to return my bag and have sent me the same copy-pasted response multiple times when I asked to speak with a supervisor.
The payment has not even been transferred to my bank account and not even in my Rebag wallet — yet they are claiming the transaction is complete and final.
I would never have sent my bag knowing they would hold it for a month and drop the offer by 40%. This has been an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. Buyer and seller beware.

Just love Rebag

Just love Rebag ! Christina from Short Hills NJ is wonderful ! The merchandise comes quickly and safely . Only thing I wish they have is like a 30 day lay away , unfortunately they don’t . Other then that I will keep shopping with them ☺️
Also a lot of current pieces they have

$50 return fee ? Buyer beware- Poor quality item for $1200, they charge $20 return fee and $20 shipping fee -

Decided to take a chance and buy a Balenciaga bag for $1200. I was really excited, and the photos looked nice. When it came the bag was much more worn and faded than it had appeared. The back was looking more white throughout the front, and the leather felt so rough to the touch! Like sandpaper. So I requested a return, they want it back within 2 days first of all, second of all they force you to use their $20 prepaid label ( at your expense) and then charge you an additional $50 “return fee”. They are SOOOO GREEDY! This is a high value purchase/ they should offer a GOOD experienced, all they care about is money and selling crappy items at obscene prices. Customer service does nothing to help either.

Love purchasing bags from Re-bag! I have purchased 3 luxury bags, and a wallet from rebag and am extremely happy with them all. I especially love the accuracy of condition. All the bags have come in even better condition than the description.

Rebag customer service

If you want to sell you bag to rebag , be prepared to get difficulty experience

1. Took more than 45-60 days before you get paid you ship the bag within 3 days 2-week inspection and 1 month after inspection complete you will get pay! Not a week after inspection complete!! (They hold your money another month and hold you item without getting paid)
2. if you do consignment, they will send email to reduce price until you do not get what you want and offer ship back to you if you don't want to sell lower price (price lower till you decide to ship back)
3. if you try to quote bag that you get return after 3 months later, they will quote you lowest price

Don't recommend if you want to sell!
Customer service didn't want to help you any issue, retune refund or expedite anything,

They price you higher than others, but when the item submit, they will lower till lower than others
You risk and take 45-90 days for everything get back to you or accept money after 45+ days

Bags rejected upon arrival without reason

The process was good to try to sell.
I sent in my bags to sell, and they were rejected upon receipt, but without explanation.
I also had to sign up and pay an annual membership fee to sell to Rebag, but it seems like a waste.

Major damage not disclosed

The bag has a major crease and looks like it was practically folded in half. This was not disclosed in the description. Customer service seemed more interested in taunting me than acknowledging their error.

I would like to respectfully share my…

I would like to respectfully share my concern regarding the membership process. It feels uncomfortable when customers are required to pay the $50 membership fee if they are not interested. I believe it would be better to allow people to decide freely without feeling pressured. Regarding the purse, it was okay, but I was not completely satisfied with it. I also feel that the price was a bit too high for that particular item.

Item unacceptable and integrity questionable

Offered $325 buy back but only received $215 credit for a wallet I never used because the quality was far from “good.” Multiple contacts with customer service only to be cut off because of a shipping error on the part of ReBag and in spite of providing many emails proving my wallet had been received and processed. Now I’m stuck with a $500+ loss and a credit I will most likely never use because I do not trust their estimates of value nor the integrity of their employees.
