Beautiful lemons!
I ordered lots of lemons from Real Foods for the first time.
The quality was superb and I will definitely use Real Foods again.

I placed an order, only to be emailed the next day saying it was cancelled because the product is ‘end of season’ and no longer being sold. If that’s the case, why does the website still allow the order to go through? Even more frustrating — I tested the site again and it’s still taking orders for the same item they told me they can’t supply. Completely avoidable, misleading, and a waste of my time.

Purchased a small gift which was at a reasonable price compared to other stores. It arrived quicker than expected, however the box was unfortunately damaged. Great customer service from Toni, very quick to reply, apologetic, and sent out a replacement (in perfect condition) within days. Very good service.

The company is probably fine but the product was terrible. Not fresh wheatgerm but nasty dried up stabilised wheatgerm that I would never have bought if it had been described properly. I would send it back but I had to open it to find out what it was like as the packaging was opaque.

Large selection of products, responsive and helpful customer service, great offers and free delivery. Cheaper than Amazon.

Minimal packaging, no unnecessary colourful plastic, and good quality food.

I use the organic rye grains to produce grain spawn for mushroom cultivation. They are very good and, hydrate easily and quickly.

Good choice of food.
Well packaged with sustainable packaging.

I have been ordering from RealFoods for years and i have always had a good experience: great selection of products at reasonable prices and speedy delivery. This time was no exception

I have been using Real Foods for a while as they have items I can't get elsewhere. Also very easy website to use. They always pack and deliver very quickly unless out of stock. If that happens they give you sensible options. I always say wait until all in stock. Never long.

This is my first order from Real Foods. I enjoyed some oatcakes while on holiday in Scotland and wanted to buy some more when i got home.
Real foods stocked them and it was easy to order and delivery was much faster than I expected.

Great products, inexpensive and delivered really quickly

I'm trying to lose some weight so it's important to me that I enjoy the food I eat. I tried Real Foods for buying items that are not readily available in supermarkets and I've been impressed with the excellent quality and service.

Very quick delivery , from one end of the country to the other. :) Good quality foodstuff, all natural, or organic . Have ordered many times from this company, never any problems .

I have been shopping online with Real Foods for many years, they have never disappointed either in product or delivery, very reasonable and outstanding service.

Not one friendly staff member , ask a question and get looked up and down like a criminal . Bad attitudes and Lazy . Food standards bad too , bought Clove Garlic that looked beautiful and fresh , got home to discover it was damp and mushy inside , free range eggs are horrible , shells were damp like wet cardboard , prices are of the chart expensive . Not just on one occasion .

Really happy with the excellent service from Real Foods. Fantastic quality of veg, fruit and all other produce received and the quick, hassle free delivery service.
The free delivery over £50 and the speed of delivery means I can use Real Foods for most of my weekly shop and am so grateful that it's possible to get such lovely fresh veg and fruit from Real Foods when I live so far away.
The flavour, freshness and quality of the veg and fruit is so much better than that which I bought elsewhere until now. So much so that it's added greatly to my pleasure in cooking and eating.

I placed an order on the 3rd of April and received an email the next day to say your order has been processed, but we are awaiting the items. How can the order be processed when the items are out of stock?

Firstly, you shouldn't have let the order be placed if the item was out of stock; secondly, you should not be taking money for items that are out of stock; this is bang out of order. The email said they hold orders for seven days to await stock – you expect me to wait seven days? I don't think so!

I replied back immediately after receiving their email asking for the order to be cancelled and my card refunded. I have since ordered the organic cashew nuts elsewhere.

Two emails have been sent, and I am still awaiting a reply.

Having previously shopped with Real Foods, after this I most certainly will not shop with them again. It is off-putting placing an order for items that could possibly be out of stock. Buyer beware!
