Amazing books. I ordered 2 and when I opened them both they brought a smile to my face and I could not have been more pleased. To see my granddaughter featured on every page is just so much fun. The quality is great and I love them both!

The books are great. Quality is great. The only reason I took away a star is because they didn't do a great job fitting one person's face correctly in the book.

I ordered a book for my granddaughter's first birthday. I LOVE everything about this book. Being able to personalize a book is cool, but being able to add pictures of the actual person is AMAZING and a wonderful keepsake! I can't wait to order another book!!

Everything about this book is 5 star. The quality is even better than l expected. The photo l uploaded was fitted perfectly into the illustrations. Everyone l've showed it to wants the website info so they can order one. Highly recommend!

Poor customer communication. It took days to get a reply from anyone about my order on multiple occasions. I was told one of the pictures was blurry and needed to be changed BUT my order already shipped before they sent the email! I don't know what system they use to communicate with customers, but it has to change. The books came out cute but I'm extremely disappointed that one was blurry and I wasn't given the opportunity to fix it. I probably won't use this company again.
