I called twice, both times I was on hold for about 20 seconds before being disconnected. That was annoying until a text came through that asked me for my concerns. At that point, I was able to easily communicate with a live person (Rose, she was great!) & get my issue partially resolved. Unfortunately the parts I needed are on backorder, but looking forward to hearing from them soon enough! Very easy communication, thank you Joyberri!!!

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Emailed the company to see about getting replacement parts for a trampoline and received a reply from Raymond almost immediately. It was only a few months old but was damaged by a storm. Unfortunately the parts I needed were not in stock so they sent a replacement. I never expected them to do that. Who does that. They definitely honor their warranty. My grandkids love the trampoline and I will definitely let others know not only how good the product is but customer service, Raymond and their warranty is absolutely the best. Thanks Joyberri

Joyberri has truly brings joy
Joyberri has truly brought joy to our family and helped us enjoy spending time outdoors. When we were looking for a replacement trampoline I read reviews for the dozens of brands out there. Joyberri’s reviews were filled with comments about their amazing customer service and their 5 year warranty. We had our trampoline for almost a year when a bad storm came through and caused damage to the posts that hold the net. I contacted customer service to request replacement parts and they responded with sending a whole new trampoline. We are amazed by their customer service first hand. It makes us believe that they really care about their customers and their mission focus!

Missing pieces were quickly resolved by A+ customer service!
We purchased an adjustable poolside basketball from Joyberri, and we finally got around to installing this now that pool season and summer are here.
The installation is fairly easy and straightforward. All of the components seem to be made of good quality and sturdy materials. The LED lights are a very cool touch and are great for playing at night. I like that the set comes with two balls, and the base has indentions for storing the balls when everyone is done playing. The backboard and base is fairly stable for shots, and the adjustable height makes it fun for all ages. The set comes with a hand pump and needle, which was super convenient and avoided me having to go dig one out to inflate the balls.
We had a few missing pieces in our original order, however customer service was super responsive on this. I emailed them on a Saturday afternoon and Rose quickly responded early Sunday morning (Mothers Day none the less)! In the end they wound up providing a complete replacement item, which completely resolved our issues.
Aside from the original inconvenience, the customer service is A+ and we have been pleased with this order. We have had a few friends over this weekend and received lots of complements. We expect to have lots of use and fun from this poolside basketball goal.

They aren't kidding when they say they back their product. I did choose the brand based on the warranty. One pole failed after 10 months, they replaced it really fast free of charge, didn't even cost me shipping. Another pole fails a few months later, they don't have them in stock and are instead sending me a replacement trampoline.
Every interaction has been great and they mean it when they say a full warranty! The trampoline is great by the way, my boys a super rough as are all their friends. Yes 2 poles have failed but that was after a lot of rough play.

Grace provided excellent customer service in providing the parts needed to replace those damaged in a storm not only the first time but the second time as well. JoyBerri and their team are amazing in taking care of their customers promptly.

Let me tell you something I am astonished at the customer care with Joyberri. I emailed them on Sunday and I had replacement Wednesday. You cannot find this type of service nowhere. Trampoline chronicles: I just have to say JOYBERRI IS THE BEST…
I just have to say JOYBERRI IS THE BEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. I ordered the 12ft prosurge blue trampoline with led lights and sprinkler system last year maybe one year and a half and my 8year old autistic son was the happiest little boy in this world, recently one of the top poles kept coming out the 3 prong connector thing forgive me I forgot the name of the part. I reached out to JOYBERRI and the same day right away “Rose” was on it willing to help, very professional, her feedback and what I needed to provide her was very easy to understand and she went above and beyond what I needed from JOYBERRI, the parts however were not in stock and I had the option to get a new unit which I preferred to do. This all in one day. When you have a disabled child and all you want to do is whatever makes them happy. I was afraid this was gonna break beyond repair and look how wonderful JOYBERRI is replacing the entire unit. If you’re looking to buy a trampoline and other outdoor fun activities please let JOYBERRI provide the service. YOU WILL BEVER BE DISAPPOINTED BY THEM. I give 10 STARS FOR ALL THE HELL “Rosa” has done.

Reached out after our trampoline was destroyed after only a few months of owning due wind and the stakes failing. Raymund was kind and courteous throughout our entire interaction. I was wow'd by the customer service. They replaced our trampoline, sending us a new one a day after confirmation. My children will be so happy they get to play all summer long.

Great product, exceptional customer service!
We were happy with the product upon initial receipt and felt it provided great value for the price. But where Joyberri really shone was in its after-care customer service. We've had the product for about 6 months now and had an issue with one of the parts which bent beyond repair during early use. I reached out to their customer service team and not only did I receive a prompt response, the agent, Rose, went above and beyond to understand the issue and made it simple to facilitate a replacement product. She was pleasant, responsive, and efficient. I would buy another product from this company purely due to the exceptional customer service!
