I was originally sent a book that had…
I was originally sent a book that had the picture of my granddaughter on the front cover but inside the book all the pictures were of a little boy named Henry. I text and let you know, and I was asked to take some pictures and send it to you which I did. Then they probably sent me the correct book which I appreciate. My granddaughter was able to have it by her birthday party. However, I feel like if a mistake was made there should’ve been a proper apology for the inconvenience. It just seemed like a simple take a picture send it to us. Mistakes happen. I have no idea what the proper apology should’ve been. But I just felt like, oh well, send us a picture. While I’m worried her gift is now not going to make it in time. But I do feel you got on it quickly and for that I am thankful. My granddaughter loved it.

Absolutely love the book. The graphics are so soft and my granddaughter's pic look so lovely. I cannot wait to present this for her first birthday gift and to enjoy reading it to her and seeing her expression as she recognizes herself. I am going to order more!!!

I made an order and did receive it,but…
I made an order and did receive it,but it came to me with spelling errors! I have emailed multiple times to get a new one and have not received anything!! This has taken longer then the original order and of course this is a gift! They said they would notify me by email when it's shipped but I have not heard back and it's been way too long!! I live in Canada so I am aware of how long shipping takes,but this is not ok! Plus I paid more than anyone because our dollar is worth less in the U.S.!!
