The doll we received was not the same as the one in the picture, it was the same as dolls you buy at a supermarket and the customer service when you question the difference between the picture is shocking.

Not a truthful company ordered a doll 2months ago they said 10-15days for delivery I still havent recieved it and the help email doesnt go thro!!! Beware

I have paid my order, but haven't got it. The e-mail can not be delivered to the service address...

My daughter saved her money and paid over $300 for a full silicone 16” baby. She received the doll and it looks NOTHING like the pictures. I have reached out 3 times to the email address and have not received a response. I will wait one more day to get a resolution and get her money back or I will be moving forward with fraud and expect a full refund plus damages. This is terrible.

Aww man! After reading all of these awful reviews, I feel scammed already & haven’t even received my doll yet! First off, when I placed my order I never received a confirmation email. I waited 1-2 days as it stated on the tracking your order page which says, “The online update of logistics information may be delayed for 1-2 days, please wait patiently”. After the 1-2 days I sent an email asking for my confirmation and tracking number. Never received an email back. I sent them a second email asking for information on my order and I still have not received an email! I am all ready to take a loss on this doll which I paid a lot of money for. Not only did I buy a doll, I ordered clothes for the doll, bought insurance and fast delivery! I’m disappointed and wish I saw these reviews before I placed my order!

This is in response to the notification I received from the company. Why haven’t you all responded to my emails? I need the tracking number. What is the normal time to receive a package? I paid for express. So what is the point of paying for express shipping if it still takes that long to ship? Please send the doll ASAP or I will report this to my bank as FRAUD. If I receive something that does not look anything like what I ordered, I will report to BETTER BUSINESS BUREU and also my bank as fraud. Thanks!

Instead of the flexible silicone doll I was expecting, I got a hard plastic baby doll. It might be worth ten bucks in a store, but definitely NOT the $50 I spent. Do not order from this company. They are scammers.

Inferior doll , stiff, toxic odor, not realistic. The company would not send me a return label and wanted it ultimately returned to China, it was mailed to me from New Jersey..It took 12 letters to get this far. I don't trust paying for and sending to china will ensure a refund.

I got the doll today it looks nothing like the other dolls. The doll is like soft plastic not silicone The doll looks like a 5 and dime shop... Never again I was disappointed.

Purchased two 12-inch baby dolls. Neither doll looked even remotely like the item pictured (which were so realistic they might have just been pictures of real babies). They had hideous, long, thick , barbie-type hair with atrocious bowl cuts. Weird-looking mouths, and bodies that weren't even sort of proportional. I'm afraid my daughters will be scared if I give them to them. I may not even bother, because they also had a bad chemically off-gassing smell.

Upon receipt I immediately contacted the company, assuming it must have been a mistake. I paid nearly $90 including shipping for 2 dolls which I could have bought better ones at Wal-Mart. They asked for pictures which I immediately sent, I was then told they are indeed what "I" purchased and that there are "hand painted" and might appear *slightly* different. What a joke. After doing battle with the customer service rep, and finding that I would have to pay shipping all the way back to China, which would eat away any refund amount, and who knows if they wouldn't find another excuse to gyp me again. I finally settled with the company for a 30% discount which was the "best" they could do. Again, a joke. I considered a charge back, but I think since they offered me the option of returning it "for a full refund" (again paying exorbitant international shipping), I don't think my bank would consider I had done all I could do.

what RBG could do is NOT post misleading items, but judging by how many people here have experienced the exact same issue I have, it is clearly a racket, and they don't care because they'll just keep sending out creepy, cheap crap, and always getting away with it.

Anyway, do not bother with this company, you will be ripped off for sure. Just wish that I had thought to check reviews before purchasing, but alas, I got suckered, hopefully this will save you the same fate.

Omg! It’s almost comical how absurdly different these two dolls look from what is being represented on the RGBDOLLS website. 1st they are so obviously poor quality and very cheaply made. 2nd the facial expression on their faces is one of shock and fear. It’s very disturbing. 3rd the hair on the two dolls is the equivalent of plastic Barbie hair but cut into a bad bowl cut style. They are scary looking. Complete rip off waste of money. Paid $80 for two so after shipping back to china it wouldn’t be worth the hassle of seeking a refund. Just gonna chalk it up to a lesson learned. What a JOKE!

I would leave zero stars if that was possible. Worst company ever. I wish I could post a picture of the ridiculous dolls I received from this company. Walmart shelf clearance dolls at BEST. Actually Walmart dolls are cuter. The avatar baby was actually terrifying. The other baby was literally plastic and not hand made at all. This company is an absolute JOKE. When I emailed them they offered a 10% refund which is a joke. Worst purchase ever. Please do not get scammed from these unprofessional people like I and so many others have!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a little 12 inch doll for my granddaughter paid $45 plus $15 shipping . I received the doll , the doll look like a Walmart doll this is a scam .I text them back and ask them for a refund , they said they will give me 10% back , if you could believe that . I said no at least 50% back . they said no , and now they tell me to ship it back at my cost to china. that’s a $30 shipping altogether this doll is very small it looks nothing like the pictures. I was happy to get my granddaughter a doll that looked realistic but all I got was a little piece of garbage I’m very disappointing to say the least it was going to be a Christmas present I’m going to call my credit card company to see what they can do , please buyer beware!

I ordered a doll and was expecting a gorgeous avatar baby, when I recieved it I was mortified. I instantly got in touch via email and after a lot of disputes I eventually did get a full refund. This company is trying to rip people off, first they offer 10% then 20% and keep going until you agree with amount. I will never use this site again and have told many people to stay away too. I tried to write a review on their site but they have un registered me. TOTAL SCAM. I wish I could put pictures on here !!!.

If I could give less than a one, I would. Total scammers. Do not buy. They tell you they offer refunds but only offer 20% back on a doll that is not a reborn. I could buy the same doll at Walmart or toys r us for $29.99. I paid over $150 for this doll through them and then they try to tell me that the softer silicone dolls are over $1000. That’s not true because my granddaughter already has reborns she paid less for and they are much softer and more realistic. Do not use this company. I have given them 5 days to refund me then I will take further action. They tell you they will send you an authorization number for the return but they won’t. Don’t be scammed like I was

Do not, under any circumstances buy from this site. Awful, awful, cheap horrible rubbish. My 9 year old daughter spent ALL of her birthday money (over GBP80) on a baby doll and excitedly asked for tracking reports every day until this was delivered. She then cried for hours about how horrible it was and how little it looked like the one she thought she had bought. I feel absolutely terrible that I didn't do more research before I ordered this with her money. Please please don't make the same mistake and waste your money. I have contacted their customer service desk and requested return details and a full refund. I shall update if they are at all compliant.

Wish I'd read these reviews first. The doll was not soft or supple like those portrayed, but just like any other doll I could have bought for half the price in our local toy shop.

Je suis extrêmement déçu de ce site , j'ai commandé un poupon qui n'a strictement rien a voir avec les photos ,le poupon reçu un vulgaire bébé un plastique mal fini ,mains fermé et aucun détail.
En guise de sils,un fil collé sur les yeux fermés du poupon et une peinture mal faite ....
Le poupon mesure tout juste 30 cm , aucune signature sur le poupon ,n'y certification.
Et le plus drôle sur le site on nous dit que l'on peut retourner le poupon pour être remboursée en demandant au service client qui nous prennent bien pour des c..n !!! Même avec photo a l'appui....
Premier message c'est des excuses et me propose 10% de remboursement et de garder le poupon ,2 ème message 30% et il me disent que c'est bien le même bébé que j'ai commandé, il se moque de moi ....
Et comme je leurs demander d'être remboursée a chaque message écrit et que c'est pas normal ce qu'ils font plus de réponses comme part hasard, bref 58 euro de perdu pour dsl le mot mais de la mer....!!! Ne surtout pas commander chez eux et photos mensongère.

I ordered a beautiful doll for my sweet granddaughter's first birthday. The baby pictured was precious and sweet. The doll I received, was like a Chucky doll!! My family insisted that I get it out of the house. The head was the same size as the entire torso, the eyes were 2 different sizes and overall, the baby doll looked like a creepy old man. If only I could post a picture of what I ordered and what I received. And of course, they don't accept returns. Shocking!

Please reach out and post reviews on Facebook and other social media venues, so other honest consumers aren't ripped off the way that all of us have been. How do these people even sleep at night, knowing that they're scamming every single customer?
