Started having the occasional dud battery in the Rayovac blister packs notified them of a possible production problem then the charade of wanting multiple photos, this continues with no real personal interaction, I just gave up and now use Duracell.

Most batteries were ruined by leakers many months ago. Filled all on your site. If I remember time it was over a month when received apology for their delay. I had disposed of batteries then months later told how to dispose. I think a robot answered my emails. Then a months of correspondence with a harassing human I’m am disgusted with that customer service.

I have been using there 312 batteries in my hearing aids but the last ones ordered had about 6 battery packs that had bad batteries in them. Contacted customer service via emails and they want all kinds of pictures and other bill crap, like I saved the bad batteries and packaging. They have the worst customer service, I like the batteries but will not be buying from them anymore!

Rayovac battery charger. This is the worst product ever. My 1st lasted for 3 charges and then stopped working. Thought it was a fluke. Just bought my 2nd charger and it stopped working after 1 charging. You may say so what it's not expensive to buy but when you live paycheck to paycheck on a very strict budget every scent matters. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I have 25 cards of 6 size 13 batteries, (included is a box of10 cards), years covered 2022, 23, 24, 25, and 26, with expirey dates ranging from Apr 2022 to Jan 2026. I have already thrown several others away due to failure from first insertion. I used a battery tester on many, and they all failed.
I contacted Rayovac via their Web Site several times, but never received any reply.
I have NO faith in Rayovac now and will no longer use their batteries.

Rayovac Batteries warranty worthless! 10 year life span bs company provided no replacements for 3 brand new packs of 64 Aaa, 2 AA! All leaked acid in un opened packages live in FL keep for storms. Company contacted met the require sent documents required. Months ago no replacements sent! Now don’t respond to emails pathetic! Company sucks! Smonroe36@gmail

Bought 24 pack of AAA batteries, only to find batteries leaking acid(white fuzz on 10 of the batteries), when I opened package. Sent company all the required information and pictures on 29 December 2020. There has been no reply any email submission. Never buy anything from rayovac/energizer, there is no guarantee or customer service.

this is the second time I bought products from this company. The first time I got an eight pack with a charger 4 AA's and 4 AAA's. only of each held a charge. Recently I bought a four pack of Triple A's and only two out of the four held a charge. I contacted the company connecting now they asked me for some information and pictures I gave it to them and they offered me a coupon for $10 when the package is performance money back guarantee. I first contacted them about this issue it's been almost a month. After this I'm not willing to buy any more of their products and I strongly suggest that you do the same I hope this helps you save time and money. It is now February 24th I have not heard or gotten a email back from Rayovac after they offered me the coupon. Their performance money back guarantee is a lie they're not about their customers or the quality of their product I would definitely not suggest meeting Rayovac products cuz if you get stuck in the position I'm in you won't be compensated or reimbursed anything. Rayovac is a big No-No in my book

For this company to be a popular brand, the batteries sure as heck don't last a very long time but they are fairly cheap compared to Energizer's and Duracell's prices so it the more affordable brand but doesn't last but almost half the time as the more expensive brands! So in the end you go thru way quicker so you have to be the more often than you would more expensive brands! Youre basically spending the same amount on these batteries because you're going thru them more quickly and going thru numerous packs, where you can buy the expensive name brand batteries and they actually last longer! Rayovac, come on now you can better on the quality and duration of your batteries than this! You're supposed to be more affordable and you're supposed to be able to stand up to the name brand batteries at a more affordable price! Quality not quantity! *Note: I've tried both AA and AAA batteries in this brand name and they both had the same time span of usage.

After only a few weeks of being in my camera, the RAYOVAC Fusion AA batteries severely corroded the contacts in the battery compartment. I had put the batteries in my camera the day I bought a pack of them. I registered a complaint with the company over a month ago, but I have received no response.

I would always buy Rayovac batteries, great product and would definately recommend.

Great product, long lasting and very reliable, would certainly recommend.
