I was sceptical at first because Raycom…
I was sceptical at first because Raycom was selling the items I wanted much cheaper than anywhere else. My doubts turned out to be unnecessary. Everything arrived the next day in perfect condition by a well known delivery company that gave me the option to collect at a local Sainsburys pick up point. (not everyone offers that convenience). Buying on the web site was easy. I needed to ask a question using the contact us page and I got a reply very shortly after. Faultless. I got a true bargain on top end professional equipment.

Very good service
Very good service. The carry case for the device was missed from the order but when i pointed it out, it was sent immediately for next day delivery. Mistakes happen, it's how you handle them that matters and Raycom clearly understand service recovery.

Reliable, good service.
The website stated an item was in-stock. I ordered it and it arrived the next day. I was informed about the delivery time by both the delivery company and Raycom. The item was new (as advertised), packaged carefully and in excellent condition. I don't think they could have done anything better.

Good purchase, pricey delivery! I was only given one option for delivery (a very expensive one) and I would have a preferred different options as I didn't need it instantly!
