NOT happy with this company... Would leave a review of 0 stars but there is no option to. My partner ordered a suit to be shipped to Australia for an upcoming event we have. We had to pay for international shipping, which was no biggie. The suit ended up not fitting right so we sent it back for an exchange. We paid over $65 to express ship the suit back to America to ENSURE we would receive it in time. Raverswag received our exchange shipment OVER A MONTH AGO and they still have not shipped our return! We are now being asked to pay another $35 to ship the suit to Australia again. Customer service sent us an email with PayPal instructions to ship the suit again, but GUESS WHAT! The attachment doesn't work. So once again we are waiting waiting waiting on a very time sensitive manner which seems to have no importance to this company. Our event is on October 1st, and we have already paid over $100 on shipping alone (more than the cost of the suit itself, AND not including the additional $35 they are seeking now...) and we are still empty handed!!
You live and you learn, and this is a company we will NEVER deal with again.

After being scammed by another site similar to this one (sells rave gear, etc) I bought the same item from the other site on this site and got it within five days!! I am so happy with this site and service. This site's large selection of items is what drew me to it and the quickness is what's making me a loyal customer from here on out!

The item I ordered unfortunately was back ordered for about a month. I got it in enough time for my festival and they were very friendly and offered full refund if I needed to cancel the order due to the length of the back order. Got it and loved it. Made me a little nervous to wait that close to the festival but glad I waited it out. They also express shipped it when it came into stock.

So I ordered three items, they took a very long time to get here because one of the items was back ordered so they delayed the whole order. I recived a fanny pack that was molded, and emailed them and within a week I had been mailed a new one and a wonderland bracelet. Once all was cleared up I was very happy.

The shipping was fast and great! But when I received my body suit the fabric was thin and see through. I love the look but now I have to find a solution to the thin cheap fabric. On the pictures the quality of fabric looked much better. Perhaps I could exchange the white for a different color but white was my favorite look and I don't want to go through the hastle.

Order shipped and arrived under a week!! Products super cute and no flaws on material or stitching!! Very happy with order!

I ordered 3 items all priority mail and 2 of them arrived together late the third I thought would never come but just showed up today over a weekend and half later. The service I payed for was not what I got and because of things not showing up and being late I had to go and buy other things to wear to my event even though I had already payed for your companies outfits I'm not happy at all with the service

They have a huge varity of things. A little expensive, but its worth it! Material and costumer service is top notch. Carlos was super helpful and honest.
