I won't shop anywhere but RaveSwag.

In the niche industry of Rave Gear it has been hard to find any company that provides both excellent customer service and an amazing product. That was until I found RaverSwag.

In preparing for EDC I stumbled upon the site and instantly fell in love with their designs. They've got an unbelievable selection! When i found my gear I was worried about the fact that there is clear indication that the products I wanted were handmade and would practically until the last second to arrive, but I ordered anyway because I liked the designs too much. After a week I started getting nervous about the deadline so I decided to reach out to their Customer Service team. I have to say impressed is an understatement.

They're team was fast, communicative, and most importantly effective. Their team understood my situation and personally reached out on my behalf to make sure I received my order on time and it is awesome!!

Dont go anywhere but RaveSwag!!

Throughout the raveswag website all of their short sizes say an XL is a 34, setting a standard for what size XL shorts are. So I ordered an outfit with XL shorts and once I received them and tried them on the shorts didn’t fit. They were at most a 28 waist. I emailed them and they said my order was non refundable or exchangeable. They said it was my problem as this particular item didnt have a size other than XL listed. They continued to say that I should always try on clothing before buying it. The fact that an online store would behave in this manner and send their customer a product and then do nothing to ensure their customers satisfaction is appalling. They sent me a product that doesn’t fit and tells me I should’ve tried it on before buying it!
Do not buy from this website!

We do not have anywhere on our site any indication that XL size is 34 or any other number. We also do not have any other numbers associated with any sizes. We have sizes XS, Small, Medium, Large, XL, XXL. The customer obviously made up this fact or has seen it on other site.
In addition, he contacted us one and a half month after his order was delivered which is in violation of our return and exchange policy. No retail store will accept return or exchange of merchandise after month and a half from purchase.
Finally, what was said that to the customer that buying cloth online has risks of not fitting and the best way to ensure that cloth fits is to buy it in a regular retail store where the customer can try the cloth on.
The customer communicated with us using insults.

Great Product and Great Support!

I ordered my Suit the Wednesday before New Years of the incoming 2019. Even with the fastest mailing delivery it was going to be very tight to arrive on time. The Help Desk and Customer Service ensured the delivery on time and in fact had the order out the same day!

Amazing customer service.

Ordered a costume

Ordered a costume. took my money. few days later get an email. OH its not in stock and it wasn't even tho the site said it was and took my money. now I have less then 2 weeks to find a costume thats sold out everywhere. way to screw me.

The customer ordered a costume yesterday, and not few days ago. We were notified by our supplier today that the costume is sold out and discontinued. We have immediately notified the customer today that the item is not available. We issued the refund to the customer.

When this customer placed an order on our site, there was most likely one item in the online inventory which allowed him to place an order. When he placed an order, his order went to our supplier. It went right away but it was not instantaneous. When our supplier got his order, that one item was sold out. The reason for that is that the sales from the supplier's warehouse is continuous.

The supplier tried yesterday to see if they can produce this costume to fulfill this order. However, they did not have material in stock to make it on such short notice. It would take them time to get material and sow it.

This costume is not available anywhere online - not on Amazon, not on eBay, not anywhere because this costume is made by the same manufacturer. This costume went out of stock yesterday everywhere.

We offered the customer to choose another costume from our site but he refused.

My Experience

Okay first, I want to say I have read some of the reviews on this page and they are kind of harsh. It leaves me to question a lot of them but I will let you decide for yourself. All i can tell you is how my experience went.
I started by opening a line of communication with the RaverSwag company and they promptly emailed me back. They assisted with helping me place my order, about a week or so after my order was placed the product seemed to not be moving so I emailed them back. They immediately looked into the issue and not only did they fix the issue but they gave me a discount without questioning it. When my Tank-top arrived I was overly happy, not only did it fit well but i loved the fabric it was very stretchy and soft which is what I like. The Colors were very bright and the images on the Tank-top were very clear. Honestly I do plan on shopping again from these guys.

That's my experience, The only bad thing was the shipping but like I said there had been an issue which was quickly corrected and RaverSwag stayed in communication with me the entire time so I was not at all worried. The communication between us was absolutely the best selling point I could touch on because it made online shopping so much easier.

The reason for the delayed shipping was because the factory we were dealing with violated their service level agreement. Since we hold our customer satisfaction at the high level, we immediately terminated our contract with this factory and established a contract with a new factory.

We immediately provided refund for the item and only kept the charge for the shipping since we had to pay to the shipping carrier to ship your order.

Very helpful customer staff

I had to work out with Eleonora an order to Canada. She was really helpful and I am glad I was speaking with her. Make sure you are clear with your order as there are so many items they sell! Also, make sure you ask for their size chart, as I bought their XS shirts and I usually wear M sized shirts.

Other than that, they are very flexible with shipping and they delivered my order faster than expected. Oh, and the shirts are awesome!

Horrible customer service and return policy

They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered two tops from them neither of which fit well at all. I paid to ship them back for a refund and they wouldn’t refund either of them because they said I didn’t get an approval to return one item and apparently the other one was missing some tag which was not my fault because I didn’t touch any of the tags. Then they wanted me to pay again to have them shipped back to me. Bottom line I spent $40 and ended up with no item.

The customer violated our return policy in few points: an unauthorized item was returned to us, items were not shipped to us on time, and one item was returned to us without a product tag. We never ship any item without a product tag. It appeared that this item without a tag was used.
Also, according to our return policy, if items are not eligible for refund, we ship them back to the customer at the customer's cost. We contacted the customer numerous times and never received any response. We specifically informed the customer that if she does not respond, we will dispose of her items. She has never responded. This email exchange happened in July 2017 and there was no response up to today.
So, this is not about the quality of our customer service. We have sent numerous polite emails asking for a response which we never received. This is about the fact that the customer violated our return policy. Every store, whether online store or regular "brick and mortar" store has the return policy and customers have to follow this policy. It is customers' responsibility to read the return policy before making a purchase. Our return policy is posted in few places on our site. We have informed the customer of this return policy before she shipped the items to us.

Very Happy

I ordered few t-shirts. They arrived exactly on to e and looked great. Unfortunately, they were a bit small. I contacted customer support for exchange. They were extremely helpful and exchanged my shirts to a better size. I am very happy with this site. I ordered from them before, this was my 2nd time. I will buy again from them. Customer service is excellent and they ship fast.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

The worst costumer service experience I have EVER had. The dishonesty of this management leaves me baffled. I previously left a bad review for this website because of th bad experience. The seller replied to me on this website and blatantly lied about what happened. The seller said she contacted me immediately after the item I had purchased was “sold out” even though her website let me order go through. However, this is a lie. The owner of this company answered the NEXT day, and due to the fact that this order was very time sensitive for me, this was very innconvient. She said that I didn’t get back to her, which is a LIE because I replied to the email just an hour after she sent it to me. I have the emails to prove it too. She then said that she sent me another email because I took too long to get back to her, which is another LIE and that it was all my fault that the shipping was delayed, which was yet another LIE. I have never experienced such terrible customer service where the company actually blamed the customer for the bad experience and even went the extra length to lie about the situation just to make the customer look guilty. As I read other reviews on this website, I saw that the owner of this company continued to blame the customer for every bad review on here. So if the customer is always right then what is up with this awful customer service? The disrespect from this woman is just impeccable and I don’t know how this company is still afloat. Don’t buy from this website.

The bodysuit the customer ordered was sold out literally just a few minutes after the customer placed the order. We updated our site immediately after the item was sold and notified the customer immediately. The customer did not respond right away and we had to send another email which caused one day delay in the processing of her order.

The customer agreed to another bodysuit which we offered to her and she requested different color gloves. We offered a discount to purchase another gloves which customer has not used.

We used expedited shipping as the customer requested via US priority mail to ship her both items. Once we hand packages to a shipping, we are not responsible for packages delivery and the time of their delivery.

Our return policy is very clearly visible on our home page, on all products pages, and is available at the checkout. The customer contacted us for return almost a week after the deadline for return expired according to our the return policy.

We offered a discount to the customer for future purchase which she refused.

Cheap clothes

My wife ordered a pair of shorts and when they arrived we realized they were of very poor quality and when we proceed to return they denied to refund us due to packing was destroyed, when i hear packing i imagine a nice wrapping or something kind of quality bag not a simple zip lock cheap plastic bag that you have yo tear when you first open it....now i ended up with a pair of cheap shorts that i paid $35 dollars with no use for them....very poor customer service.....will never order from them again!!!

Your wife never complained about the quality of shorts which she bought. The listing of shorts which she bought includes detailed description of this item's quality. She said that shorts were of wrong size and asked how to return them. We pointed to her our return policy which stated that items must be returned in clean and unused condition, must have tags attached and must arrive to us in original packaging.

Your wife sent shorts to us in not original packaging and were dirty. Packaging in which shorts arrived was torn inside and made the item dirty and we had to clean it. These were the reasons why return was denied: 1. item was not clean; 2. item arrived in not original packaging.

We offered to pay to ship these shorts back to your wife. We are very sorry for your wife's disappointment but if your wife had read shorts description on our web site before she bought them and then if she read our return policy before she sent the return to us, she and you would not have been disappointed.
