Excellent service, very friendly efficient staff. Suit arrived early, but required smaller size, which was delivered the following day. Good Quality suit, and good fit.

Other Groom Party Members and I hired Morning Coats and striped trousers. Rathbones helped advise on the fitting sizes, try on facility in advance and made sure we were completely comfortable. Both the try-on and wedding suits were delivered 2 days before the stated delivery date, which meant we didn’t have to worry about getting them in time. The suits were clean, pristine and ready for us to look smart. The return process was incredibly easy, by printing a barcode and dropping it at a local post office, thereby ensuring it was returned on time. Aftercare was fantastic, and I was incredibly happy to report on a successful wedding all round.

The return process was very simple and it was great being able to drop the return at my local CoOp on a Sunday, insuring it was returned on time

From start to finish, this has been a fantastic experience. I ordered 8 suits in total for my wedding, and we had communication going back over five or six months from when I originally looked at doing this. Every single email I’ve sent has been responded to quickly and all by Megan, I’m not sure how many other people work there but reading reviews on here you can see lots of other people think the same of her and her professionalism. So Im not sure who runs the company but she should get a pay rise for sure.
The quality of the suits were all very good. We had a few changes of sizes we needed to do and all that was handled very efficiently. No complaints here only praise.
And I would certainly recommend them to others

Loved the suit, added some of my own accesories, and looked the part on my cousins big day.

I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service. Megan in particular was wonderful, supported me with the many questions I had before and after the order, I never waited more than a few hours for a reply.

Glad to know I have a tux rental available whenever I may need from now on.

We hired six suits for our wedding in Durham last week, and the experience with Rathbones has been perfect from start to finish. The range of suits on offer is excellent, the try-on process was seamless, and the suits themselves are stylish and very good quality (better than some rival suit providers!). Megan could not have been more helpful in giving advice and assisting us in changing our details over email - the suits arrived on time in great condition, and the returns process was easy! Everyone at the wedding was very complimentary of our lovely suits.

Fraud. Incomplete Order. Ruined my day.
I rent two suites.
When I received the parcel one night before my event.
There is only a pair of trousers.
No jacket??????
I spent GBP130 total with insurance, but this ridiculous company just ruined everything.

BTW. The quality of the trousers is much WORSE than HM or ZARA.

Ordered a tuxedo which didnt fit, requested they send a replacement but got no response so ordered one separately off thier site so as not to miss my event deadline. New one arrived and although it was a different cut (classic, not slim fit) - the jacket size was the same and yet turned up as completely different sizing so that also didnt fit. Messaged to say I'd be returning both and now have to go buy a tuxedo instead which I did. Sent them proof that I had to buy a tuxedo as their rentals didn't fit, sent back their rentals and asked for a refund. After a month of back and forth, they agreed to give me a 50% refund and 50% score credit then refunded me under 50% anyway. Shame, poor service / principles. Won't be using my 'store credit' and would advise you use a better supplier.

I have nothing but praise for this company. From the start of the ordering process, navigating the website, and even correcting my mistake with the delivery date, they were outstanding in changing the day and ensuring the suit arrived on time. I was initially hesitant since I hadn’t used them before, but I would highly recommend them to anyone! Returning the suit was just as easy—packing everything back into the provided bags and box, arranging the return online, and dropping it off at the nearest DPD drop-off point was completely stress-free. A big thank you to Megan for helping with the delivery issue!

Suit "delivered" by DPD. Ordered with their recommended time frame to allow for fit replacement. However, this was not delivered until 2 days before the event. Shirt did not fit, jacket barely fitted but did not have any option but to buy another shirt and wear the jacket large.

The box in which the Suit arrived was very flimsy and not fit for purpose considering the importance of the contents. This was further aggravated by the way DPD dumped the package the outside block on the path next to the main door leaving it open to weather damage and possible theft. When informing rathbones about this they seemed uninterested with an "oh dear" attitude. The Suit also did not come with a return label so had to request a QR code from them to return the item.

Overall poor experience. Albeit mostly DPD to fault, but you need to consider better packaging and definitely an alternative delivery partner.

Would not recommend nor use again.

The website was easy to use and the suit was delivered as indicated, however the suit was too small. I had measured myself as accurately as possible but was disappointed that the suit especially the trousers did not fit. The trousers were not able to be adjusted on the waste so I have had to return unused.
