R&D Goatley Ltd Bewertungen

Goatley's installed a new English door company front door, and window alongside.

This is the third time I have dealt with this company, and as always it was an absolute pleasure.

The staff are so helpful, and really go the extra mile.

The quality of the products and the installation is excellent.

I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very pleased with all our new doors and windows. The team were always prompt, professional and paid great attention to detail in the design stages. A couple of issues that didn't go to plan initially but did get rectified fairly quickly. But at the end, massive thanks to the Goatley team for being so patient and upgrading the look of our whole house.

Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone 👍✅

Fantastic service, help and advice from Simon and team at R & D Goatley. I love my new loft window, the installation was really good and the team were tidy and courteous.
A brilliant company to deal with, and I would highly recommend them.

Superb product and service. we are absolutely delighted with our new sash windows. Three large bays completed in 4 days. Excellent attention to detail. Cleaned up at the end of each day. I would highly recommend this company, very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

After having a conservatory and replacement entrance doors installed by them in 2017 and replacing some of our older double-glazing units and soffits in 2021, wanted to get the remaining windows upgraded as well.

The install team worked well and left no mess, and any problems quickly rectified.

Always impressed by their salesman and the after sales service is excellent.

Can’t fault the team at Goatley’s. They have been exceptionally helpful from start to finish. The quality of the patio doors and windows we had fitted are excellent. Where we had other works we needed doing they have made excellent recommendations. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

This is the second time we have used Goatley’s and again have been impressed with the team, from the showroom staff, to the site visit, the ordering process through to installation. They are professional, knowledgeable and also tidy onsite! Thanks again

R and D Goatley have completed two pieces of work for me recently to supply and install new doors and a window and new windows in my house.
My experience from start to finish has been excellent. They are a professional and very friendly firm who really get the importance of good customer service. The work was done to a very high standard and the quality of their finishing is really first class. The installation team especially were brilliant and always took care of my property and worked tirelessly finishing ahead of time and with excellent results.
They are not the cheapest but their value for money is great due to the high quality and finish of their products. 10/10 I thoroughly recommend them. Thanks Simon, Jordan and team your are stars!

Excellent service, quality products, fitted to a high standard. R&D Goatley gave us competitive price for a Sunflex bifold door, they delivered when they said they would, the quality of the product and expertise of the fitters is the best I've seen. Very happy to recommend to anyone with similar needs to ours.

What a pleasure it’s been to have had R&D Goatley to replace our windows, from start to finish we have received a professional service from the owner & employees, great communication & thoroughly nice people to deal with.
The product itself is excellent quality & improves the look of our home no end. If I was able to give 100 stars for this company I would. Many thanks 😊

A Company of Excellence run by owners of integrity and total customer focus. Diligent and trustworthy with first class installation, carefully and considerately managed.

My house is transformed with beautiful windows...it looks so much better!

Had several windows replaced. Brilliant service as always. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Have used R&D Goatley before and would highly recommend.

We recently had a new front door installed by R & D Goatley. From our first visit to their Showroom, Simon (and the team) has been helpful and informative, particularly so with our choice of door furniture. The guys who completed the installation were covid compliant, efficient and tidy and we are thrilled with the finished result. Thank you

Without a doubt a great example off how independent business should run. Very professional, polite. Simon kept us informed along the way. R and D Goatley is the place to go for double glazing. Always go above and beyond. You can tell they have customer service at the forefront off their business. Thank you again 😊

When it comes to double glazing it's a no-brainer, there is only ONE option: R & D Goatley!! Just had our bedroom windows replaced (TS collection). Job was perfect fitted well and tidy workmanship. Product exactly as expected. Yet again, R & D Goatley delivers to a high standard! We are repeat customers, previously in 2007 we used R&D Goatley for a conservatory/orangery and again to replace front door. No hesitation in choosing R & D Goatley - they have proven that they are EXCELLENT can be TRUSTED!!

Absolutely fantastic service from first going into the show room right up until the installation.

From our very first visit to their showroom we had confidence in choosing R&D Goatley. We chose Sunflex for our extension, such a quality product. We have had some delays with the build but Simon worked with us to accommodate our time schedule, when we did start the installation the team were excellent and the fitting is of a high standard. All team members showed respect for our home. Although the company was going through some personal sadness they still gave a 100% service. Thank you for helping to make our dream come true.

This is the second time we've used Goatleys (first time for sliding doors) and we continue to be really impressed with the quality of the product and the level of service. Would definitely recommend.
