I was going through a very frustrating situation with my previous internet provider. Nosiphiwo was incredible. She was so happy on the phone, it felt like she knew me. She had a lot patience with coordinating my new set up with my old account I had with Rain a few years ago. I loved talking to her...This girl deserves a raise!

In less than 5 minutes, I got exactly what I needed and the service was excellent. Thumbs up for Rain

RAIN is a useless company, just like MTN. Cancelled with them in April 2026, and they still have not done anything about cancelling. I sent the router back in April, and they are still deducting money from my account.

Now it’s 1 September, still not sorted no refund but emails full of promises. Corrupt just like our government. People, still had better service at MTN.

Professionalism, no nonsense approach, fast response and a very helpful assistant helping me on the phone.

Rain Wifi offers a Month to Month basis but when you stop it they still charge a months premium and still cut the wifi for that month this is the worst Wifi provider ever.

For anyone considering switching to Rain... I wouldn't recommend it.

I've been battling for two months to get help after a storm in the Port Elizabeth area. Before that, my connection was excellent. Since then, my signal has gone from almost full strength to almost nothing.

I've spoken to AI agents who couldn't solve the problem, followed every troubleshooting step they gave me, and eventually spoke to a human agent who promised someone would get back to me. A case was logged, I received the email confirmation... and then nothing.

I've moved the router all over the house, tried every suggestion I've been given, and I'm still paying close to R700 a month for a service that barely works.

The lack of customer support has been incredibly disappointing. Based on my experience, I can't recommend Rain to anyone.

Contacted by Rain in order about cancellation.

Came to an agreement that suits me and keeps me on rain. Cheaper subscription for what I need and Number Porting.

Very friendly and helpful with instructions for the product

I have been unhappy with Rain service as the wifi was looping or no signal at all. I complained a few times and eventually received a different router which had the same problem. I eventually cancelled ny contact on the 29th July 2025.
I also spoke to a consultant after receiving invoices and they meant to get back to me.
Nothing was done about the cancellation and I was receiving SMS messages constantly to pay my onvoice.

I just received another invoice and statement and still no cancellation was effected.

This is poor administration and lack of efficiency.
How does one get this resolved

It was excellent
I really requested a call and the rain management called me within a minutes.

I have been with Rain for the past 5 years and I never had any issues with customer support or services. Simple process for payments and the best part no contracts. Love it guys

Wow the assistance was just awesome. The company is very professional and maybe can get some sort of system that can easily accept or be able to capture rural areas address for convenience. I hope to enjoy the product. But the services I received are very good. Thank you
