Great product, but there needs to be a way to track your order.

There needs to be some way to track your order and shipment. For about two weeks, I was left wondering about my order and had no way to find out about it. Other than that, the product was high quality and I'm very pleased with it. I will order again!

I have yet to receive my order

I have yet to receive my order. It has been 2 months or more. I have been unable to speak to anyone at this place. Numerous attempts to reach them by phone and email were unsuccessful. Only when I disputed the charge on my credit card did I get any contact from them. Yet, still no merchandise.

This is a wonderful company to deal with. Customer service are really dedicated to their customers.
The only negative aspect would be about the mat, because it's not a carpet nor a rug, it's a mat as I expected to see a thick rug (carpet).
BUT, it's a well done mat.
