STAY AWAY!!!

I got a thank you note from the president of the company asking how I enjoyed my order before I even received my order. Very unsatisfied. Ships from China when it was originally USA. Would have stayed away if I knew that.

Be honest with your customers that products ship from China

Be honest with your customers and clearly state that your merchandise is being shipped from China. 21 days to deliver my order. If I had been clearly informed that my order was being shipped from China, I would have never ordered it. The American Railroad was built in the USA, not China, so merchandise being made to honor the railroads deserve to be made in the USA.

For this particular item, we work with trusted manufacturing partners in Hong Kong. Due to global logistics and distribution routes, tracking systems may sometimes display “China” as the shipment origin when packages pass through nearby hubs.

I received the wrong hooded…

I received the wrong hooded sweatshirts. All were suppose to be C&NW . Received a 6x, 4x and Large. Unfortunately, all were suppose to be C& NW. Please tell me how to send wrong items back and get correct items.

The tee shirt fabric is not cotton. It is some sort of a stretchy synthetic that the guys in my family don't care for. We were disappointed. Delivery, on the other hand, was fast.
