Radfords pie company Bewertungen 

My mum placed an order on 19th March and received a courier email to say they were dispatched on 2nd April to be delivered on 3rd April. They did not arrive, we tried to call Radford Pies to no avail, The pies arrived on 6th April and were inedible. I have emailed 3 times and sent a message on messenger yet had no reply. This is shocking service for an order totalling £75. We will be taking this further.

I placed an order in January 2024 & as of writing this I have had nothing. I have e mailed at least 5 times. Messaged on messenger . I have tried to ring but says no not recognised. Not sure what else I can do.
I have now had a reply from Radford’s Pie Company & they are re sending my order next week. Looking forward to trying them.

Having received my order & have tried them all from the meaty pack, they were really delicious, full to the top, would buy again.

First time trying these pies and they were fantastic.
I'm very fussy regarding pastry, but it was melt in your mouth.
Steak and Stilton with plenty of lean tasty steak and nice Stilton sauce.
No complaints whatsoever

The BEST meat pie I’ve ever had. My 4 year old even ate it and he’s doesn’t like meat. Beautiful soft buttery pasty NOT one bit of gristle and a delicious flavour. Well done Noel. Simply delicious.

This is our second order. We ordered 10 Beef pies they were left on our door step,no delivery notice, so we were out. Unfortunately the Beef pies contained a fair amount of grizzle so we won’t be ordering again.

From the King of pies (my husband calls himself this!) Absolutely outstanding and the best pies he's ever tasted and he's tasted a LOT of pies 🤣

Contrary to other reviews, these particular ones are not salty. But they are deep filled, which brings him joy. He says chicken should never been put in a pie 🤣 I enjoyed my chicken and mushroom one and he had all steak, and hasn't found any gristle yet.

No response to my email but then I guess they are really busy and my order was delivered within a week. Pies were slightly bashed but only 2 out of the 6. Would be good to buy in bulk but get to choose your own rather than the ones they have in their pack.

Ordered 6 pies to have on mothers day. Delivered quickly and well packaged. Pies were amazing. Will def order again. Thankyou

Meaty and pastry lovely, little bit of gristle in one ehich was steak and Stilton, couldn't really taste Stilton. Could do with labels on brown bags stating what pie is what, as I did buy 3 different types and didn't know what I was eating as grease came through bag!

I’ve had pies from Radford’s since before they moved to their new factory. The quality of the fillings in my opinion are nowhere near as good as they used to be. Seem to find a fair bit of gristle and fat in the beef pies and generally not as tasty as they used to be. Afraid I won’t be ordering anymore.

My order arrived one pie short and one of the large pies I ordered was supposed to be a Chicken Pie turned out to be a Meat and Potato pie. Like other people I have emailed (3 times) and it is now over a week and still no reply.
I need a refund on the missing small pie and the large pie the should of been Chicken. So very disappointing

Received our 3rd order of Radford pies well before the estimated 2 week delivery. We all enjoy the Beef range very much. My Son is fussy about pies, but these are definately his favourite. Thanks very much Radford family.😊

We was on holiday from near Tadcaster in Yorkshire and we visited Morecambe for the day a decided to go get a radford pie. My husband is a pie connoisseur and said it was the best pie he’s ever had full to brim with filling and loved every bite. He had steak a Stilton I had a steak. Going to put in online order it’s worth it they are so good.

First order arrived on time and were delicious so we placed a second order. Whilst waiting we received an email from the delivery company saying nobody was home to receive the order. We phoned the number given for Radfords and was told it was incorrect. We phoned the delivery company who didn't answer. The only way to contact was email. We told Radfords the delivery company was lying. We provided special delivery instructions and phone number but they gave us a flippant reply as they obviously believed the delivery company. We sent two more emails which were ignored so contacted Citizens Advice. We recommend that everyone does this. We sent a signed for letter which was also ignored so were advised to contact our bank who were able to secure a refund on my debit card. This did take three months. We are retired business owners. NEVER ignore customers.

The order arrived within a week, but without any notification, which was OK as it was Saturday. The packaging was excellent, however this hadn't prevented two of the pie getting slightly squashed, presumably when being packed in a box slightly too small for purpose, careless!
The pies themselves were a little dissapointing. None of the pie lids had sealed, which meant the filling dried out slightly whilst reheating. The main problem though was the seasoning, as others have said, far too much salt which became sickly after a few bites.
I feel that whoever checks quality needs to step up a notch or maybe employ a trained QC manager.
I support small business's but sadly, on this occasion, I will not repurchase. Far better pies available locally at a similar price.

Lovely filled pies. Had a selection of chicken and beef both filled with fresh ingredients and the whole family enjoyed. Will be ordering again for sure.

I have just had delivery of my pies in o temperature controlled box and packaging very impressed, was notified from the time they left and kept informed all through the delivery company right up to delivery excellent service will write another review when we have tried the pies but they look delicious cannot fault anything so far.we have just tasted the chicken pies and they are the best we have ever tasted can’t wait to taste the steak and ale will definitely order again .

My wife purchased for the third time 6 pies, steak and Chicken, the steak pies were inedible the supplier must have let them down, because they rubbery steak, the third pie took a bite and threw it away and spat out what was in my mouth, so for me its the end of the line will not be buying again, you might have thought Quality Control would have picked up on a bad batch of beef, cannot recommend

My son has just had the small beef steak pie. He said it was inedible as all he could taste was salt. Reading all the reviews a lot of people have said too salty. Thr Radfords need to think about how much salt they are putting in their food

I have not tried the pies I ordered the reason for the 3*review is because they will not answer a email. My order was delivered in a week all correct so why the bad score. The delivery company didn't even bother to knock on the door. My box sat on my doorstep for 2 hours, I only knew it was there because a neighbour caught someone going to pinch it. I have emailed the company 3 times and not got a response. I will not order another pie from this company.

Im giving them 5 stars. Ive only placed my order today. Radfords have said the delivery time will be three weeks. So im not expecting them to be here for tgree weeks. Good grief, what do people want. Some complaining of too salty. Salt brings out the taste. I will update my review when they arrive and haearen them.
