2 weeks to receive pies that were broken and the steak and mushroom had no mushroom and cheese and onion no onions and no taste tried contacting twice no reply won't be ordering anymore

Travelled from Manchester in the pouring down rain, bad driving conditions with lots of spray on the motorway; but the pies at the end of the journey well worth the travel.

I know I’ve recently left a review but having a vegetarian eating the cheese & onion pie was a new one for me, I’ve read reviews saying how sloppy it was so I was a bit nervous, so cut the pie open and it was EXACTLY how the photo on the website showed it, chunk cheese, so much of it, not a teaspoon of slop anywhere, it truly was a hit with our vegetarian guest 👍

Placed an order for almost £50 last month and when the order arrived 2 weeks later it was the wrong one. E mailed them straight away and took a week to reply apologising and a replacement would be sent which was fair enough. Waited a further 2 weeks and heard no more, no replacement and not a single reply to my e mails or Facebook messages. Absolutely appalling customer service, £50 is a lot of money to lose and they need to sort this out.

I still haven't received my order which I placed on 6th June, very disappointed with this company, I have emailed a couple of times but no answer, the phone number doesn't exist, I want a refund NOW.

Placed order on line and was initially disappointed when there was a delay with delivery beyond that explained on their website. However, that was quickly resolved and my order was completed and delivered on Saturday 15th July.
Any initial disappointment was overcome when we tried the pies. They were delicious and without doubt we will definitely be ordering again.

Hello what buy few radfords pies 🥧 try them but did think much to them did better Gravy in pies plus good bit seasoning then was hoping better pies bit down find very dull boring then put of buy more pies I no lot pies making has baker in butcher shop then from miss Victoria Jane twibell

Absolutely the best pies. I’ve never been disappointed. My husband could eat one twice a day if I let him. Jam packed with meat. Keep up the good work

This is my second time ordering the award winning pies and well what can I say Noel and Family have excelled once again. Thank you and here is to many more orders as these are the only pies I will eat

I ordered a bigger pack of pie three weeks ago and as I work I've asked them if they can email me the day the pies will be delivered but no reply I've phoned a couple of different phone numbers but they don't exist I won't be ordering from them again

Order took two days to deliver and was suspicious as the temperature of the pies was high. I have made several attempts to contact them to sort this out but I can't get any reply.
They normally deliver a very high quality product whis we have had on numerous occasions without any issues so this is a real disappointment 😞
Something has gone wrong which needs urgently sorting, getting a bad name on social media is not good for the company especially as the business was able to grow during the early days of the pandemic through the use of social media.
Please respond to my emails or provide a telephone number that works so we can talk and resolve this.

Everything was delicious we were all very happy with our pies, cakes and balms. The steak and Stilton was absolutely beautiful perfect blend of the two flavours, generous portions of meat and great pastry. We will definitely be back and I will be ordering off the website. Also the lady serving us was friendly and polite, would recommend.

First time of ordering from Radfords. Pies are smaller than my other Supplier and Steak and Kidney Pie extremely Salty. Haven't tried the others yet that include Chicken one. Sad yo say though, I won't be reordering.

I have ordered pies from Radfords Pie Company before. No problems. Amazing taste. Thoroughly enjoyed them,
However, ordered pie selection for £41.74 on 26 February, received email acknowledging the order but it never arrived.

Emailed 27th March and 21st April asking for a refund, no reply.

On 28th April I sent a special delivery letter which was received and signed for by Aimee. No reply. As of today no refund has been received.

I Cannot contact them by phone, only by email. Very poor service. Similar reviews to other people.

Not all there made out to be. Personally I've tasted better.

It was a sketchy start, as my order was never delivered, so emailed, got a reply and a new batch was delivered, left on doorstep mind you and I asked for it to go to neighbour if I wasn't in (APS delivery company, left them 1 star), nonetheless, I bought a couple of all the individual pies, have had a steak and kidney and a chicken and mushroom, BEST pies I have ever had, they are absolutely stuffed with filling, pastry nice and thin, all round awesome! X

The pies are a good size with plenty of tender meat inside and the pastry is crisp. Overall a very good pie

I’ve always been very picky with pies, so I was unsure whether to order as there is a minimum order value. Well I’m so glad I ordered. These pies are delicious. My first order included one of each pie and quickly decided the meat and vegetarian pies weren’t for me. My next two orders were solely the big chicken packs and one family sized chicken pie. I love them and so does 18 month old Son, they’re a regular on our dinner plates a few times a week!

Definitely worth the drive from Scotland.
Pies are amazing! The Chicken and the Steak and Stilton were our favourites. The Lady in the shop and Aimee were super friendly and really welcoming.
