Exceptional experience
Fantastic company.
Honest straight through the full process, they moved swiftly and kept us informed every step of the way.

Insulting
Avoid this crowd unless you are very, very desperate!!! We were offered over £100k below the average market value of similar properties in the area. They then tried to justify it by talking about a £6k saving in fees. They are ripping people off by taking advantage of those who are struggling. A classic case of if it is too good to true it probably is. Steer clear at all costs.
In response to you answer. At no time were we advised of anything you have said. In fact if anything your staff tended to skate around the subject of price or tried to avoid it all together.
Suggest you check on how far from reality you procedures actually are.

Absolute Shower!!
They are very quick in offering an indicative quote and for my £350K property they offered £298K. Had they the balls to honour that deal I would would have accepted it. However, this offer was dependant upon Quickmovenow receiving independent valuations from a couple of local Estate Agents. Here Quickmovenow tried to subject these Agents to a signed clause citing that if I rejected the Quickmovenow offer and the Agent managed to sell the flat, then they’d have to pay Quickmovenow £750!!! What arrogant cheek. Naturally no agent turned up! Anyway Quickmovenow managed to get a valuation somehow by remote control and they said a ‘Director’ would get back to me with a final cash offer and that was the last I heard of them. For one week i chased them over the phone for this cash offer, and they insisted upon a Director taking the call, who never did or try to get back to me. Absolutely absurd! They had my mobile and email address and they could have delegated someone to reach me, but they insist on these invisible Directors to make the final call. In the end after a week I gave up and walked away.

Amazing service from quickmove.now. I couldnt of asked for more. I dealt with Jerome and Rhys and they were both friendly and honest. Both were easy to get hold of and always replied to any phone calls or emails within a short period. I first contacted quickmove.now after i had been messed around big time by webuyanyhome. I was at rock bottom feeling like i was going to loose the house i had put an offer on and had my heart set on. I had no faith and was heartbroken thinking i was going to loose my onward purchase and loose money i had already put down but quickmove.now were totally amazing. Jerome put me at rest, They got estate agent to value it. Within 24 hours i had a final offer from the manger whom is Rhys. Within days i had conveyors at my old home. From about 48 hours from that i had thumbs up from the conveyers report nothing mega came up so all good. They had already appointed solicitors which were amazing at theyre job too. Within a short period of time they advised me they are ready to exchange when we were. They didnt push for a completion date, they waited until our onward purchase was ready. When we adviced them yes we are ready they were amazing at completion on same date as onward purchase. They kept in contact at all times. Delighted on a fast and no hassle sale of our old home and thrilled to say we have now moved into our new home and couldnt be happier. Cant thanks Jerome and Rhys enough for all theyre help. Top blokes. I would 100% recommend quickmove.now to anyone wanting a fast sale.
Enabled us to move on but....
We had been trying to sell the house for three years as we were desperate to move, not because of financial difficulties but for my husband's work. We had made a decision not to buy a property as we are too old to obtain a mortgage and we didn't want to have to spend money on repairs.
We were slightly disappointed with the offer though Quick Move only achieved a further £25,000 more on the onward sale. What we were disappointed about was the amount of support (or lack of) given that during the transaction when they had promised that someone would guide us through the procedure. I only came across our guide almost by chance about three weeks into the transaction. The two things we were really disappointed about was the fact that the 10% deposit we were promised would be in our hands on exchange of contracts never materialised because their solicitor ensured there was only a weekend between exchange of contracts and completion. The deposit would have been used to meet our removal expenses and put down a deposit in order to obtain a tenancy. I was able t make an arrangement through my bank but we suspect that not everyone selling via this company would be in a position to do this. Because of the way their solicitor handled the transaction (and I am a solicitor so I am in a position to comment) we were forced to commit o a tenancy before contracts were exchanged on the sale). When I mentioned this to our 'guide' I was accused of delaying matters because the house we were renting was not going to be ready till three days later than anticipated. Thought this a bit rich when the emphasis in the company's blurb had been on flexibility in the arrangements.
The other thing we were disappointed in was their solicitor who required all manner of strange things and seemed not to understand the title to the property. Maybe they get away with this when sellers use a panel solicitor and the seller doesn't understand the transaction but we had our own solicitor and I understood the ins and outs. That and the fact of having to in effect obtain a bridge from the bank to enable us to move added to the stress of the situation . At the time I was quite angry and three months n have only just felt calm enough to make this posting.
But yes, they enabled us to move on and dispose of a property we no longer wished to live in and relocate.
Following my original post I have given one more star. A director of the company took he trouble to contact me and discuss my concerns which mainly related to the delay in exchanging contracts which caused a great deal of anxiety. A nominal amount was agreed by way of compensation for my husband having to get a separate solicitor although the director was adamant that the form my husband was asked to sign was necessary whereas my view and that of at least 4 other conveyancing solicitors and practitioners was that it was not. There was also an indication that had I used ne of their panel solicitors they would have had greater input into the process. other criticisms of their solicitors were rejected but the basis f the conversation was that the feedback would enable them to improve their procedures which can only be a good thing.
