Not pushy but quite supportive. Simple, fast and straightforward process. Explained the process thoroughly answering questions at the start and throughout. Lots of communication and always available at the end of the phone. Would highly recommend them.

Way less that 85% of value offered. Had 2 valuations done which both came back at £170k-180k so received an initial offer of £145k. Then quick move had their valuation done and suddenly reduced the offer to £125k while refusing to let me see the valuation report.
Went with a different house buying company and completed at £142k so I'm inclined to believe these guys are scamming people.

Update:

To be fair to Quick Move Now, they called me the very next day after leaving this review. They were keen to explain their side of the situation. You have to have respect for a company who do seem to genuinely care if a customer is unhappy and follow it up. The situation had evolved to the point I had had an engineer out who had discovered the boiler was unsafe and he wasn’t able to switch it back on because of this. I informed Quick Move Now of this fact and as it was news to them, they needed some time to consider this matter. In the mean time, I received my quote from the engineer and sent it to Quick Move Now. They have offered to pay half the price for the new boiler which I have accepted. Having a new boiler has delayed me moving in and is an inconvenience, but I do feel that Quick Move Now have listened and given an appropriate solution. They did seem to genuinely want a fair resolution and I feel I have one. I feel much calmer and happier now about my moving experience. I just want to add that I have received the money the same day they offered it so it’s not like they agreed and then I had to ask for weeks; they really have honoured the agreement without hassle. So thank you for that Quick Move Now.

Initial review:
This is from the point of view of having bought a house from Quick Move Now. The positive is that the company set a deadline and wanted it all done as quickly as I did, which put pressure on the solicitors and this deadline was met.

The negative which has completely ruined the whole experience; when I viewed the house, the utilities were connected. Now, having completed, they are not only disconnected but decommissioned. I completed 9 days ago and still have no gas/heating/running water. I am having to fork out for a CORGI registered engineer to get it all going again. The house was sold “as seen,” and I was assured there would be no disruption to services. Wrong. Now my house is getting damper and more mouldy by the day because it took until Friday for my key card to come for the electric meter, which the engineer needs on to be able to sort the boiler. So not sold as seen because it wasn’t damp and mouldy when I bought it. I also put £49.00 on the gas card and £27.00 of that has been instantly wiped due to the debt that was on there. Quick Move Now said I misinterpreted what they meant about there being no disruption to services, and what they actually meant was “there would be no disruption once it was all going again.” Well duh.

Contacted Quick Move Now because I needed to relocate quickly for personal family reasons. Rhys explained the process throughly from start to finished and their website also was very informative. A local estate agent valued my property and Rhys sent me a written offer subject to survey and contract. (I was realistic and my expectation was that the offer would not be as much as the valuation, nevertheless it was a fair offer). After the survey, Rhys confirmed that the price would stand subject to contract. Before I signed the contract I was reassured that the written offer would be honoured and was able to buy a property in my preferred location within a short time. This company was honourable from my first contact through to completion. Who can say fairer than that? Thank you very much Quick Move Now.

contacted these guys as I was looking options for my house sale, id found another property and wanted to see if I could move quickly to secure it, especially as I have just renovated my entire house and have clearly added some value. the call agent was abrupt, and from the off seemed to put a negative spin on things. I knew I would be selling cheap through these guys but in stead of explaining clearly what the process would be the "agent" (I use the term loosely) was rude and unapologetic about the delay in contacting me. interestingly, these guys have no interest in a properties value and base the value purely on the last sale value rather than it current value and or condition. Rude aggressive staff who actually argued with me despite saying "I don't want to argue"

lastly, I appreciate they don't need to have good customer service due tot the nature of their business. but wow didn't expect such a negative, aggressive and rude approach.

From my first phone call to date of completion was 5 weeks, and I was kept informed throughout. I knew when I phoned that I would get less, which I expected, but it was a lot less hassle and stressful than going through an estate agent.

Once a deal agreed, purchase dealt with very efficiently and professionally, keeping to the timetable agreed from the start, in a very pleasant and helpful manner.

At the start the price we were quoted was lowered which was a bit of a kick in the teeth but compared to others in the market they were still the better. The process once the ball was rolling was awesome and they were nothing but accommodating. If your circumstances require the use of a quick sell company I have no reason but to recommend Quick Move Now.

All members of staff who we spoke with were very professional and made the selling process so easy. I give Quick Move Now 5 stars not on the basis of what they offer for your property but because they can complete quickly leaving you free either to complete your purchase or to get on with life for whatever reason you may have to move in a speedy manner. They keep in contact, supply you with a solicitor who is easy to deal with who left me little to do except sign papers when asked. They completed on the date I requested and made the whole process simple. If I was basing the score on price received then only 4 stars but they do need to make a profit. If necessary I would not hesitate to use them again.

Perfect from start to finish and aftercare.I cannot praise Quick move now enough. Their staff are wonderful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff are always kind and caring, professional and courteous. They treat you like you are their only client.
Everything is arranged around your needs even the final day handing over the key. I would recommend Quick Move Now to anyone who wants to sell their house. Okay you don’t get the full market value but you have no hassle either - all the solicitor fees are paid by them and arranged they come to your house for signing and a local estate agent checks your property and sends the report to Quick move now. The money offered is the full amount you receive. I was more than happy how it all worked out. I chose this company as they were upfront on everything and kept me updated all of the way through. There was one issue that could have held up the sale but they agreed to sort and we split the cost which i was very happy with.
