I was first taken back at how quickly the call came after I hit send on the website. I preferred to work via email, however, Mena was great to work with. I didn't feel pushed into anything and felt he listened to my wants and needs.

Offered a refinance without first explaining what they were doing. Continued to say what a great deal it was even when I was questioning it.
On the plus side, if I'd known what I was actually getting and wanted that, they were fast as to getting the process moving.
