Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with! DO NOT BUY anything from this company. They sell awful poor quality items, it takes an eternity to actually get what you’ve ordered and if you need a refund then I’m sorry but you are totally screwed!!!! Their costumer services are atrocious and they refuse to help you if you need a refund. If I could give zero stars then I would. Please believe me when I say that all the negative reviews, including mine are 100% accurate!!

***DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY** The product I received was not anything like the product I ordered. Customer service is absolutely atrocious. As with previous reviews offering £4 refund. They should not be allowed to trade and also shame on Klarna for doing business with them. I also thought that because Klarna were involved it would be ok Cannot warn people enough, and cannot give a low enough rating. Stop these companies from being allowed to trade in this country!!!!

If I would give a minus I would. I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter and due to this company allowing klarna I thought it would be fine. Luckily I order with klarna with companies I'm not sure of so I will be getting my money back. But after a month waiting, tracking not working and lying emails I still haven't received my order. Stay away!!

Do not order from this company total scam. Placed an order a month ago and did not get any confirmation that they had received order or delivery details.
Have tried contacting them but they are not interested they've got my money so I don't expect to hear from them. Fortunately it was not a large amount but so angry with myself for not doing more research on them

Took a while to arrive , not the fit as expected and advertised ! The advert should be removed and people should not purchase from this site 😡

I ordered two fluffy Scottish coos for my two granddaughters back in September. With several requests for updates.all I got was " we are looking into this situation" total washout.

Recently made a purchase that took over one month when it did arrive with miles too small and not too size but company do not leave a return info on contacting them still waiting reply for return

I purchased 2 pair of jeans they were supposed to be pull on but arrived with side zips that are no use as I have bad arthritis in my hands and they offered me £4 for the jeans I paid £41 for would definitely not recommend this company

Total rubbish. I orderes black trousers. I got grey washed out variety. Very big size. And I am a average 12. They were more a 16. I email to say I had the wrong order. They asked for photographs which I sent. Haven't heard a thing back from.them..no return label available either.if I could post a photo here with me in them I would

Wouldn't even give this so called company 1 star as they send you things you don't order instead of what you have.They won't give you a return address and will not give you refunds either .DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Jeans arrived, nothing like was advertised in their video and all ripped on the waist band. Told they would give me a £3 discount! Refused and asked for full refund they then said it would cost too much to post them! Poor quality Chinese imports - don’t waste your money.

Don’t waste your money. The company opearates under many names and goods are such poor quality. When you complain they offer u a £3 discount and that’s its! They don’t accept returns for any reason. Stay clear.

Inferno quality goods I'll fitting and customer service extremely rude.
I requested a full refund and the kept offering me compensation for goods I wanted to return.
One email stated it would cost ME a lot of money to return the goods.
The number of emails I sent and all the offered me was compensation of £5.
Their email were very rude and abrupt.

I wouldn’t rate them at all if I could, I ordered 3 pack of bras through Klarna, when I contacted Quefybrew about my order they said I had not ordered anything, I sent them the merchant code I got from Klarna, then my ordered miraculously arrived 2/3 days later. I tried them on but they were too small, I ordered the size I usually do. I emailed them to explain but they were not interested, they offered me £2, £4 and then finally £6 compensation which I have refused to accept, their customer service team are absolutely rude by email, like all the other reviews on here, please, please, please do not order from this company ever

Ordered jeans. Arrived but didn't fit. I emailed them i had on the tracking. Told them I want to return jeans. I was offered £2 then £4 then £6 which theyvsaid is the highest they pay and can't I pass the jeans onto them myself. I said no I want a return address. Got onto klarna and reported the problem they have put a hold on the payment until 21 days. I noticed the name quefybrew on my klarna as the name of the company I ordered from. I couldn't even remember it just come up on social media. So I emailed the company and gave them my order number and they said they have no order with that number. So where did my jeans come from. When I first got the tracking it said United States then when it was delivered it said from China..I don't no what to do now. Do I just except the £6 and hold onto the jeans. Klarna can't do anything they are just payment so after the 21 days. They will just charge me.

I purchased some trousers from this company when they finally arrived they were nothing like the picture/advert I emailed the day they arrived 8/8/25 got an email 2days later offering me £2 to keep them refused as they were no use then another email offering £4 to keep them as I purchased them through Klarna I contacted them and was advised to inistigate a return via them well here I am nearly 7 wks later having had to pay for useless goods . The company have just emailed to ask why I want to return them and KLARNA saying company issues return they won’t even give you a return address I have now realised why it’s only a 14 day return policy well if they never answer emails the 14 day runs out very clever trick and why offer money to keep the goods .DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I've given the review a 1 but doesn't even deserve that. Waited too long to receive my items, when they did arrive, I was sure a 2 year old had sewn the bras s the quality was absolutely appalling. I emailed Customer Services to receive a poorly written response. Asked for the QR code on the packaging as they couldn't find my details, eventually the order was located. Total value of the order was £20, I wanted to return the item but no details are being provided, I was offered a refund of £6 which I declined, this was over 30 days ago, I've received no further responses from the company so left being out of pocket which is massively frustrating!! Just please avoid do not waste your time & money with these cowboys!!

Update after all this time and raising a dispute via Klarna, Klarna took my side & have refunded me the money I'd paid. The process is long winded but so glad I did raise an issue otherwise I'd of been out of pocket by £20

This company are scammers, won’t tell me where I can send my returns, product didn’t fit and was appalling quality. Won’t refund my money. Do not under any circumstances use this company. They are not reputable and a bunch of crooks
