Quality product. Took a little longer to receive than expected but not sure that was companies fault.

I just went to use it for the first time, and the top won't turn on. When we first set it up a few days ago both the top and bottom turned on, but now the top is dead. When I turned the top remote on this time, the line that forms the top of the O in OFF wasn't showing, and the electronic problems just got worse from there.
