Price was reasonable. The team was very efficient and friendly. The whole experience from start to finish was exceptionally good.

The entire process from start to finish was easy and the customer service was fantastic. The team provided us with a few options from which to choose, as well as some guidance on potential locations to visit during our stay. They delivered the car to the hotel for us and took the time to make sure we knew what we were doing and where to go. We simply left the car at the hotel and they took care of picking it up and providing us confirmation. I really liked the digital report on the car's status provided before taking the keys and after returning it. Danielle and Ant made the whole process easy and were a great help.

10/10 Experience hiring a BMW X5 M from QDrive - From arriving on site and being welcomed in, to the immaculate condition I received the car in; I genuinely couldn't have asked for better. I was so happy with the service provided, upon dropping the car off I booked an SVR for an upcoming wedding event.

The team was nice and some charges were waved, from the booking process through drop off, all manage simply and perfectly by the team. Vehicle was nice, the team was nice, even giving us where and how to go since we don’t know a lot of places.

Very happy with the car and the service. When we asked to have the car picked up at our hotel in central London instead of having to bring it back to their office, they immediately obliged and for a reasonable fee sent a driver. Very flexible and easy to deal with. Will definitely use them again in future.

I've been using qdrive for a while now an to be honest with you there the best, the service you get is unreal I mean any problems u can call an get help if your not happy about something they go out there way to makesure your a happy customer, they helped me in hard times an it's not all about money with them it's more of a relationship, an I feel happy every time to spend my money with them I get 5 star treatment I can't ask for nothing else and some crazy cars that u could only dream of thank you qdrive. I would like to start off by saying I don't usually leave reviews but on this occasion I had no choice. The service I received from Qdrive performance was like no other! I rented a G wagon for my partners birthday as it was his dream car. When we arrived at their Heathrow office, to the time we left the Qdrive team couldn't have been more kind and helpful. I will be using these guys again for sure. Highly recommended!
