Delay in shipping due to stock issue
One of the items I ordered said it was in stock for online orders at the time I ordered it. However it took three weeks for it to be sent after waiting for restock from the supplier. When I asked your customer service team they said: You can see this shown on the products page "In Stock at Supplier - Ships in 7-14 Days" so it appears they couldn’t tell that it was showing as in stock on your website at the time I ordered.

I purchased a pair of shimarno bike shoes that were listed as in stock on 01.04.26 over 2 weeks i received an Australian post notification that my order was ready for dispatch a week later its still waiting in dispatch.

These shoes were ordered through our stock feed system. These are items that we are able to supply but don't have in the warehouse to send immediately.
You can see this shown on the products page "In Stock at Supplier - Ships in 7-14 Days".
They were dispatched by our team on the 14th and are currently expected to arrive between the 23-27th.
