I ordered the handbag late Friday night, by Monday morning I had received a email to say my order was on it's way and by Tuesday it had arrived. Very impressed with the speed of delivery considering it was free. I would absolutely use again.

My boyfriend needed a new satchel after his old one was stolen. He is very particular about the quality of things, and I thought I was going to have a nightmare finding a suitable replacement. After trying the high street, and not finding anything out of the ordinary, I came across Pure Luxuries and was so impressed with the products on offer as well as the range of choice. The layout of the website was good, and the photographs of the products were informative. Once I had chosen a satchel, the customer service was excellent, and my package arrived within days. Most important f all though was a very happy boyfriend when he opened his present on Christmas morning!

I ordered three bags for my boyfriend so he could pick which one he wanted. He ended up selecting the leather man satchel, but the clothe satchel with leather trimming came very close. The third bag was a bit small for his purposes, but again, he really liked it too!! The quality of the products are great, the packing professional and the whole service exceptional. Thank you.

The stamp was wonky for the name i asked for and a scratch on front cover of wallet. I'm not even going to give this as a christmas present now. really didn't expect that when spending £54 on a wallet

The item i bought wasn't quite as shown on the website so when i contacted pure luxuries about this they came back to me straight away, apologised and gave me a discount/refund on my purchase. The item is lovely and it was only a minor thing but i really appreciated the first class customer service and the fast response to my query. would highly recommend pure luxuries and will definitely buy from them again!

Accurate description, accurate pictures and a really lovely bag, I'm very pleased with it. More practical ie it has partitions rather than 1 space where everything gets mixed up....and hundreds of pounds cheaper than designer brands. The leather is thick and great quality looks like it will improve with age. It was very well packaged and left by the carrier in a safe place ....nothing more annoying than trying to find your parcel when its been returned to the depot. Will consider using you next time I need a bag .....but it might be a while !

The quality of the wallet and embossed initals are spot on and it has that gorgeous leather smell. It was delivered very quickly and came in a lovely presentation box... I was very happy with my purchase from Pure Luxuries. They offered competitive pricing as well as a customizing option to have initials engraved which made the gift extra special for Christmas. I couldn't find this option anywhere else online.
