The guys turned up on time, packed what needed to be packing, handled everything with care, were mannerly and patient when we had to wait until 4.30 to pick up the keys. Would not hesitate in recommending them. Professional company.

From the initial consultation about my moving requirements to the move to my new home, the team from in the office to the removers were helpful, respectful and efficient and with good humour which made what is deemed a stressful time moving house to go very smoothly. The price was also very competitive compared to other companies. The team also moved furniture from my house to my son’s new home around the same time and this again happened very smoothly. Great communication with Sarah in the office at all times with any questions answered promptly. The removals team worked well together on the days of packing and unpacking making my relocation and downsizing stress free. I’d highly recommend Purdies for your moving needs and would definitely use them again.

I have already wrote a review on Google but,to summarise Purdies Removal Service is quite honestly a pleasure to do business with. From the first meeting with Robert who came to give a estimate to the actual moving date l had questions, and everyone was politely and kindly taken into consideration. They also kept to their word concerning pricing. The men came at the exact time on the day and were friendly and made sure they kept everything clean(something l was worried about) removed all items carefully and even helped beyond my expectations. The same happened at the moving in to my new house and everything was in good hands. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and 5 star service from office staff to Removal Staff.

I was relocating to Canada in 2023 I had long known about Purdies as many many years ago when my parents were moving they had contacted Purdies they were excellent then and are excellent now. From start to finish the service was superb I had lots of questions and they were answered promptly the employee I was dealing with was Gemma her knowledge friendliness were second to none nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. Unfortunately we were in a position that we had to come back to Scotland in 2025. How did I do that from Canada I didn’t know any companies so my first port of call or email was Gemma at Purdies. Sure enough she was on the ball got me sorted straightaway with a local shipping agent and guided me through the process all over again. The return process was made so easy through the knowledge and expertise. Both crews that dealt with my shipment leaving and coming back were friendly helpful and got straight on the job again the can do attitude is perfect just what you need as moving is such a stressful situation so all the reassurance and communication gave me great confidence that I had chosen the correct company for my relocation I honestly can’t praise Purdies enough and if I am ever in the position where I will be moving again they would be my go to company absolutely 100 percent

Everyone we dealt with, from packing up our flat through to delivery at the new house, was helpful and friendly. They made sure we were not worrying about the logistics, which was a great weight off our minds. Special mention to Jason and Luke who were really fantastic.

It was great dealing with a company that was familiar with the tricky logistics of moving over 400 miles. My first contact was with the owner who even knew the area we were moving from. Very helpful, friendly and competitively priced. On the day of the move they team arrived earlier than anticipated but we had hoped they would so were ready and waiting. The guys were really cheerful and friendly and took great care of everything and particularly our more valued items. When they came to drop off a couple of days later they were super helpful in positioning some of our heavy items and putting beds back together - clearly very experienced. Couldn't fault them and would highly recommend them for anyone moving near or far.

Guys who moved us were fantastic. So professional, they treated our belongings so carefully yet got us out our old house quickly and then into our new house. Even the booking team were great. Quick video call with a walk through of the house and it was all organised. Would recommend to anyone

This was teamwork at it's best with Robert Cooper organising from start to finish and keeping us well informed throughout out our house removal. We are half way through the process as we've moved into a rental until we move into our new home in a few weeks. Matt Purdie has so far moved half of our belongings to a rental and the other half into their secure storage and we look forward to their experienced team completing our final move soon. Excellent professional service and would highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience with Purdies, from first contacting them to the final box being unloaded at our new house. We had some delays in our moving date, but they accommodated us at short notice, and provided a professional, prompt, friendly and helpful service throughout. We paid for the packing service which was great, and our packers and movers did a fantastic job. Thoroughly recommend.

Second time of using Purdie Worldwide Removals and Storage Ltd for both Storage and Removals. The guys could not have been more helpful and careful with my belongings.
Everything was well wrapped and protected and arrived in same condition as it left my old house after 3 months in storage and a 100+ mile trek across Scotland.
