Easy to book a suitable date. I'd told them the piano was very heavy so 4 men arrived but 2 of them lifted it with ease out of the house. Nice friendly guys and good communication with them re planned arrival time

The collection & return of furniture went very smoothly. The guys were very careful with all items. Settees were fully protected and all protection was removed on return.

From start to finish the service from Purdie was excellent: professional, efficient, and most importantly for me, the team took incredible care with our belongings. The entire moving and packing service gave me peace of mind and freed up my time to focus on my kids instead of spending weeks packing up boxes! On moving day, we were fully moved into the new house in time for me to do the afternoon school run - trampoline, bikes and all in their places in the garden and shed! I was so impressed. By the end of moving day, all our furniture had been placed and set up by the team, and it then took me less than 3 days to fully unpack owing to the organised manner in which the Purdie team left everything for us. They saved me so much time and enabled us to start enjoying our new home so much quicker! Cannot recommend highly enough - they made my house move a thousand times easier!

Absolutely amazing customer service with very competitive prices. We used Purdies three times already - one was in the context of an international relocation and the other two were to put our things in and out of storage in Scotland. We felt very well looked after with easy, friendly and professional communication channels to set things up from quote to contracts. The same goes for the crew dealing with the actual loading - super friendly, fast, professional efficient team which was a joy to have around.
