Review Title: Disrupted Stay – Unable to Rest
I stayed at the Exmouth Arms Hostel for three nights. Unfortunately, two of those nights were extremely noisy, making it very difficult to get proper rest.
On one night, I was woken at 2:00 a.m. by a disruptive guest, and on another night, noise from other guests returning from the pub and later engaging in prayer woke me multiple times in the early morning hours.
While I fully respect the religious practices of other guests, I believe the hostel should take reasonable steps to minimise disruption so all guests can rest. The key reason I chose this hostel was for a reliable and restful place to sleep, but this was not delivered.
As a result, I was left exhausted and unable to enjoy my stay. Given that the majority of my stay was disrupted, I cannot recommend this hostel for those looking for a peaceful night’s sleep.
