I was a bit sceptical in trying this new model, but from the first phone call their service was fast, friendly and professional. They communicated well at every step of the sales process, gave us great feedback and analytics, and were always on hand to answer any questions or go the extra mile. Most importantly, they sold our home quickly, for the full asking price, and saved us a bundle of money! We will definitely be using their services again.

Ashley was very hands on and attentive throughout the whole process, he oversees more of the initial process of listing and marketing, and Crispin oversees the legal side handling the offers and contractual work. They have a wonderful team supporting them in the office, as well as top notch photographers, we where very happy with the pictures, the write up, and all of the communication throughout - efficient, friendly, and hands on! We chose the flat upfront fee as well as a small additional fee for them to handle all the viewings for us. So all in all we had a 5 star service experience for a very good price. I have bought and sold around 11 properties in to date. When I heard of the Property Fox concept, I was on the blower to Ashley in a flash to list a property I have in Malmesbury. Their staff, product and service has been world class and I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property. Compared with the Property Fox concept and their professional delivery mechanism, the traditional method via agencies seams obsolete.

Traditional estate agents operate by bullying both buyer and seller to some extent. Not so Property Fox, whom I found to be professional, cheerful and pleasant to deal with.

The web listing of my house was more professional than most listings I saw elsewhere. The photographs were stunning, without being misrepresentative.

Showing my own house turned out to be a surprisingly delightful experience of having interesting people compliment my beautiful home. I sensed viewers appreciating that they could trust my answers about security, noise etc, rather than feeling wary of a salesperson telling them what they wanted to hear. The Property Fox system of scheduling visits at times convenient to me worked flawlessly.

Property Fox’s approach of having different experts deal with different parts of the process worked well. All the experts were readily available on the end of the phone. All parts of the process, from listing to the deed of sale, were handled professionally and efficiently. I appreciated having some control over the process.

I was pleasantly surprized by the effectiveness of this concept and the rapidity of finding a buyer. My property was sold in less than 10 days of it being listed. I have saved heaps of money by avoiding the traditional agents (5-7.5% plus vat) commission structure, by going for the R15000 upfront payment option with Property Fox.
It was difficult to overcome the reluctance of trying something new, but I was only met with professionalism and integrity. Having said that, I would definitely recommend this option to any potential buyer or seller. I would like to commend and thank every Property Fox employee I dealt with. Finally I would also like to wish company itself well in this venture.

Having sold a few properties before, this is by far the most convenient and cost effective way to sell your property.

I found the service received from Property Fox to be very good and on the ball. At the beginning everything was handled quickly and our advert was loaded online as requested with any changes we asked to be made. OUr house was sold quickly for the price we wanted so I have no major complaints and will definitely use Property Fox again.

My only comment is around communication - Once we moved into the viewing and offers stage, I found that I ended up chatting to A LOT of different people without much explanations as to why. I think in future the process needs to be explained so clients know they are going to have multiple contact people throughout the process or there should be one flow of communication through 1 person back to clients. On one day, I think I was called by 4 different people and some didn't seem very experienced at times.

Later once we went into negotiations I was only dealing with Crispin and the offer was closed quick quickly.

Overall, I was happy with the service Property Fox provided.
