Extremely helpful.

From the start they talk you through the process, explain what is going to happen, it's really nice to be that informed. The place wasn't even on the market for a week then I already received 2 offers for the place, and the one was asking price. What is really nice with their business model is the low commission, allowing you to advertise the place for cheaper than the people around you and in the end still get the same net result that they do, just a lot quicker. The professional photography is a brilliant touch, made a big difference. I would definitely recommend PropertyFox to anyone.

Besides the massive financial savings, the entire process was smooth every step of the way.
PropertyFox have their customer experience process waxed with a friendly, intelligent and helpful team who were a pleasure to deal with.
Setting up meetings via whatsapp is efficient and reliable.
Some estate agents have become hardened and aggressive with the increased competition and Propertyfox disrupting the market, and it was difficult when searching for my new home (I would have loved to view properties with the owner).
