This is a great treadmill for the price. It has fairly basic functions, but it is enough for our needs. We have a family of eight, and so we use it at various levels and for various functions. Some use it for walking, some jogging, some sprinting, and some a combination of all of these. While there may be treadmills on the market with greater range of speed, this treadmill’s capacity is plenty for us. It is also easy to use and solidly built. I appreciate its minimalist appearance and neutral colors. I was compensated for this review, but my opinions are my own.

I like to walk and run on the trails around my house to keep fit. However, winter's around my house can be brutal and I hate running in the snow. This year, I decided to get the Proform Carbon TLS treadmill so I can run inside when the weather is bad outside. It has been wonderful. I have been looking forward to my cardio days again.

The treadmill arrived at my door earlier than I expected. Assembly didn't take too long and I liked how they included components of the box to assist with putting it together.

I was a little uncertain if 10 miles per hour was going to be fast enough for me. I don't regularly run that fast, but at times I like to do a burst up to 12 miles per hour. But given the price, I decided to give it a try. The speed has been great. I usually keep it around 8 miles per hour. Then, on occasion, I will bump it up to 10 miles per hour. And when I want to push myself even more, I just bump up the incline. This has given me a unique challenge that has been fun and better matches the trails that I run in my area.

Everything is so smooth on this treadmill. Moving the bed up and down is easy, the console is all straight forward, and when I make adjustments to the speed or slope, it makes those changes in a natural way.
There are parts about my outdoor trail runs that I definitely miss since I am running on this treadmill during the winter (like feeling the wind or breathing the fresh air). But it is well worth the sacrifice to not have to be out in the cold. And being able to adjust the slope easily and also turn on the fan makes it seem like I am bringing some of the great features of my trail runs indoors.

For the price, the Proform Carbon TLS treadmill can't be beat.

The iFit app offers a delightful array of workouts, catering to all fitness levels, which proves advantageous in a household of varied interests. The maximum speed of 10 mph may seem somewhat pedestrian for the truly athletic, but for most, it provides ample challenge. In sum, the ProForm Carbon TLS is a refined choice for the discerning individual seeking both reliability and versatility in their home fitness routine.

The bike seems to be of good quality as I actually bought a second one. Updating the microprocessor control was a painful ordeal since it totally crashed it which made it unusable so it had to be physically replaced. Have not updated the second bike as I’m afraid it will crash it as well. Dealing with iFIT was a different story as getting the free trial was an ordeal since the code didn’t work. iFIT Pro subscription is way too expensive so I have no choice but to let it cancel.

Love the machine and the iFit programs. A better fan and an update to match the screens on my Nordic Track Studio Bike would make it 5 out of 5.

Have had my Proform treadmill for three years now, use it every day and absolutely love it. It probably gets more use than any of the machines in my home gym. I keep up with regular maintenance and have had no issues at all. Love to use it in conjunction with ifit. Have lost weight, toned up and feel fabulous.

You no longer have individual memberships so my equipment next to useless. The beautiful big screen on my rower is redundant now other than one or two free workouts. Very disappointing. I wouldn't have bought my Proform bike and Norditrack rower if I knew you were going to only offer family memberships.
Way too expensive. I cannot recommend this equipment to anyone now.

The treadmill is very well made…I’ve used it this year for marathon training, it responds easy with both speed and grade. I’ve never had a problem yet. Excellent product !!!

The connection to internet keeps dropping, the screen/system is really slow and takes way too long to start up.

I like ProForm machines a lot. When my treadmill broke, I bought the same brand, and I'm happy with it. iFit is great and helps a lot.
However: I decided to complement with a bike. It's a very nice ProFrom machine. But: 1. The seat is very stiff: it's so hard that it is very unconfortable. 2. Its handle is a little too far. I've moved to its closest most upright position, and still is very far. It should have better, closer options to be fixed at.

I like the weekly updates I get that track my work outs. Keeps me motivated. It does a good job of staying connected to my Wi-Fi and easy easy to reconnect if need be

I love my treadmill especially the Ifit . I wish however the music played during manual mode or if I could watch youtube in manual mode or something when I'm trying to get a little more distance in but don't want to do another workout program. The fan doesn't work that great either. Those are my only complaints.

I love using my proform with ifit. I connect my tablet via Bluetooth and the ifit workout will automatically change the resistance along with the workout. My only complaint is that after 15 months there is now a mild clunk with each pedal stroke. I will have my husband take a look at it. Otherwise, it's been smooth and comfortable.

Awesome customer support

I am very pleased with my new treadmill. As a disabled veteran it's hard for me to just go outside and walk as I never know when the pain is going to spike and make walking difficult. With my new treadmill I eliminate that risk and it has rails I can hold onto and help me. Every little bit helps and this new device is making it easier, wish I had done it sooner!

The treadmill works as it should, that's about it; everything else is horrible. I will never recommend anything to do with ProForm or iFIT. The app experience is one of the worst, difficult to scroll, search, or make your own workout. The onboard fan works for about 2 minutes, then stops. It's dumb you have to have a PRO license to track how far you walked/ran; and if you don't have a PRO license you can't have separate user accounts. Everything about my experience with ProForm/iFIT is awful and I hate it.

Good treadmill. Efficient to use. Only negative is that I don’t use IFit and must always decline IFit and use the small manual start on top right hand corner.

The ProForm bike is useful, functional and dependable. It provides quantitative performance data. The numbers do not lie. If I mail in the effort, the numbers show the truth. The first 40% of my workout is aerobic, followed by strength training. A heart rate monitor compliments the bike data. This provides cardiac data throughout the remaining 60% of the workout.

I love my elliptical. I have a 25 year old Proform treadmill. So when I was shopping for an elliptical, I knew Proform is quality products and equipment. I use my elliptical every day. It has helped me to lose 40 pounds.
