Un très large éventail d'antiquités, de toutes les époques. Parfois restaurées, souvent en l'état. Des commerçants actifs et réactifs. Des prix assez raisonnables (certains antiquaires ont tendance à exagérer) et souvent négociables. Je fais beaucoup d'achats sur ce site et j'en suis ravi. Un seul regret : ne pas pouvoir avoir un vrai espace personnel pour suivre mes achats en plus de ma liste d'envies.

We purchased an item from a seller listed on their website.

Wired the funds. Seller says that the partner with the account has discontinued their partnership. Won't ship the item. Won't return funds.

Proantic is not responsive. Avoid, obviously this is a fraud vector

La galérie TAJAN omet de préciser dans son annonce un défaut majeur de la sculpture Lohe, à savoir une cassure de la pâte de verre. Aussi, les couleurs de la sculpture sont-elles retouchées.
Si vous détectez l'arnaque et annulez la commande, la galérie Tajan vous déduit des frais financiers.

I found the seller BrokAntik Victoria Ashby and Benjamin (the sellers) in the Proantic .I have sent the payment by bank transfer ,they took my money (I have all the evidences ) and they didn’t send me NOTHING.Tey make fun of me sending to me fake tracking number from ups.ALL SPAM They also stop the communication with me.I send message to Stephan Camus from PROANTIC ,he asked me to send him all the evidence -messages to him and I ve sent all these.He didn’t help me not AT ALL .He stopped the comunication with me .He doesn’t answer to my messages.BE AWARE OF BROKANTIK VICTORIA ASHBY AND BENJAMIN FROM CANNES AND PROANTIC GENERALLY

J'ai acheté une vitrine de magasin en laiton chez un antiquaire de Pont Sainte Maxence.
Cet antiquaire est un escroc,il vend des copies et la vitrine était après deux mois hors d'usage et à fini au parc à conteneur!!!!!

Plus de 8 jours et toujours pas de réception pour ce vendeur du Finistère ,

I had a very bad experience with one of their dealers: "GALERIE JCMC". A salesman sample I had ordered from " GALERIE JCMC " was damaged during shipping. (but probably during packing)
CELINE CHANEL, the dealer, packed this 17.5 inches model in a 16 inch box. Because this box didn’t show any damage when it arrived she must have forced this model in the box causing the damage. I wrote her several times (with pictures from the damage), this model has arrived with serious damage, please refund. She refused to answer so I asked a friend to ask her something on another item she has for sale. Guess what, she answered within 5 minutes. So she was ignoring me. I asked why and finally she answered with an answer only cheaters will give. The post was to blame, I asked too many questions etc etc. So I send her pictures from all sides of the box showing no damage at all. I also wrote, if you do not refund I will let the world know on her cheating business and contact Proantic. Her answer? "Proantic will not do anything about it and I don’t care!" I had to send her this model back first but nothing about a refund. Because one time cheating was enough for me by Celine Chanel from Gallery JCMC this was not an option for me, which I told her. Her answer: “Please ask Proantic, they will not do anything on it. And I will end now conversation with you for good!” That’s an answer from this cheater who wrote, “I’m a professional dealer and ship goods every day, don’t you worry.” My biggest mistake was, I didn’t check Trustpilot first on Proantic….
So buyers, beware!!! Buy only if you can pay with Paypal, otherwise there is a big chance you lose your money!

Fraud website! Potential of collaborating with frauds.

I purchased two furnitures through PROANTIC in JEAN-LUC KOELLER ANTIQUITÉS. Sent the request from the website and got the answers via email.

After the payment, the seller disappeared and no delivery. Contacted the phone number in the invoice but completely different person.

Reported the case to PROANTIC. Rediculouly PROANTIC said there is no problem with the dealer or their platform. It is only the fraud hacked my email box or seller's email box! What a joke!

I have reported to the local police station. Suggest all the customers who experienced the similar, go to the police!

Proantic is a french website where many little galleries in France offers their goods. There is no approval of this little galleries. There are many scammers active on this website. I found one in Maruejols les Gardon where I purchased a painting offered as oil on canvas. I received a cheap print. After sending it back I wait now for the refund for almost two months. The seller didn't answer anymore and support on proantic is non existent. I reported this issue to proantic. They deleted the item but the seller is still active. So no recommendation from my side. If you want to loose your money this is your way to go.

in general i had good experiences with proantic. however recently i had a very bad experience with one of their dealers: "oddities". a lamp i had ordered from "oddities" was damaged during shipping. i returned the damaged lamp, but "oddities" is refusing to return my payment. i reported this fact to proantic on jan. 5 2024, expecting them to address the dishonest business practice. yet proantic is also not responding. very poor business practice. buyers beware !

Antiquaire indépendante en Suisse, Proantic ne daigne même pas répondre à mes 2 demandes d’inscription, l’une en novembre 2022 et l’autre en mai 2023.

He comprado a 2 diferentes vendedores que ofertan en Proantic y quedé muy satisfecho tanto con la compra como el precio. La web aglutina a bastantes vendedores y objetos interesantes.

Hola compramos una cómoda al señor Clément Strametto en Febrero del 2023 por 2500euros y nos ha enviado otra cómoda diferente a la que compramos .Hemos intentado ponernos en contacto con este señor y no nos responde nuestros email .Hemos tenido que acudir a la justicia .Por favor noooooo compren en este sitio .Los van a estafar .Tengo las conversaciones ,emails y la factura para demostrarlo ,vivo en España .No compren no es un sitio seguro ,no lo recomiendo por favor .Puedo demostrar con factura y fotos todoooo lo que digo no compren aquí nada !!!!!!!!!!! Achat sur internet couleur des articles bricolés sur la photo ne correspond pas a celle des objets livrés,coordonnées du vendeur sont fausses , impossible de joindre le vendeur par internet, tout sent l´arnaque on passe maintenant au judiciaire !

Marchande sur Proantic, je suis ravie d'avoir été acceptée sur le seul site professionnel au monde qui n'est ni bas de gamme ni élitiste. Il est vrai que Proantic n'est qu'une location de stand en ligne et ne se mêle pas de l'activité de l'antiquaire. Exactement comme sur un salon d'antiquaires. Chacun arrive avec sa qualité, ses prix et le client choisit en fonction de ses goûts et de ses moyens. Aucun client déçu ne pourrait reprocher aux autres antiquaires sa mauvaise transaction. Pourquoi en serait-il autrement sur Proantic ?

I contacted a dealer from Bordeaux. I wrote following,
Here is the message I sent:
Hello, previous email I asked if you could send an invoice for the Bleu bonbonniere please, to my email address to pay for the glass. Do you sell/ship to the USA, and how do you prefer payment, wire transfer, paypal or credit card?
No response. I asked explicitly if Proantic has the policy of excluding American buyers. Or refuse to ship to USA. My take is these sellers present themselves as International dealers and purveyors of antiques & works of art. But are they really?
The other question is why photograph an item, list the item for sale, and upon inquiry from a customer, there ensues a wall of silence and cloak & dagger events. Still waiting for a response in USA.

Bibliothèque vendue pour un meuble d époque napoleon III qui est en fait un meuble moderne. Le vendeur reconnaît sa faute mais clairement site se disant spécialisé que je ne recommande donc pas

LEFAUCHEUX au prix de 600 eur a la socèté SAS MATCHLOCK tout s'est bien passé , mais impossible
d'avoir un certificat d'authenticité ,ou le vendeur a oublié malgré mes demandes ,ou il s'agit d'une réplique
donc un faux , proantic a une responsablité sur les
vendeurs ,donc le site manque de fiabilité ,j'invite les
acheteurs a prendre des précautions , car si un jour
vous souhaitez revendre un objet , vous aurez des
difficultés , je demande au site sa position et intervenir directement auprès de l'antiquaire ,il en
va de la créibilité de proantic

Antiquités Jacques Cherruault, UN ANTIQUAIRE ESCROC chez Proantic


Je suis ancienne antiquaire.
J’ai fait récemment 3 achats chez « Antiquités Jacquement Cherruault »sur Proantic.

Le premier, présenté comme « toile peinte »…à la réception, je trouve un morceau de lin imprimé. Je le renvoie immédiatement.

Le deuxième, j’achète 6 chaises montgolfières (en réalité lyres) qu’ils me disent en très bon état, et 2 tables de nuit 18° siècle. Voir les photos ci-jointes : 3 des chaises ont des sabots manquants et remplacés…par des bouts de caoutchouc noirs !

Le troisième, j'achète 2 tables de nuit 18°...un des tiroirs tient .....avec du papier collant !

Comme le livreur ne nous a livré qu’un mois plus tard (documents en ma possession), la Galerie Jacquement Cherruault nous dit qu’elle ne peut rien reprendre car le délai de 15 jours est passé. Par contre, elle ne répond pas aux commentaire sur l’état de la marchandise que nous avions dénoncé….

Pratiques d’escrocs, sans éthique, qui visent à tromper le client. Comment est-ce possible que ces soi-disant professionnels puisse se retrouver sur ce site ?
