Updated .. they actually delivered and my LLC is now live.

Although I had to be the one to open mercury bank and stripe myself. All they gave me was the needed documents and I believe that’s okay.

So after my initial comment here, a lot has changed. Within the space of 2 days or so, I have received a lot of info and support for the other services that were a part of the premium package that I purchased. They also found where there was a mix-up on their side and resolved it. I'm getting high-quality support and timely resolution now (which was what I was expecting all along).

First Review: I just ordered the premium package 3 days ago but to my suprise, I didn't receive a single email acknowledging my payment or my order being received. I reached out to their number on WhatsApp and all I got was "Did you complete the verification form". I replied but haven't gotten a reply yet. I mean who charges for a service and not confirm payment. After seeing all these praise here on Trust Pilot, I feel so disappointed. Communication is key, no matter how busy you guys are.

Updated Review: So I am going to start by apologizing for the misconception regarding not getting a swift response. I love the way they took time to resolve the issue. The email was sent but to the payment email and not the company email I submited. After the call I got, I am now positive that this is going to be a good business relationship. They take your money and do not answer you anymore. They reply immediately before payment, but after payment, the response time exceeds 1 week and after a while they do not respond at all. Choose more reliable companies.
