I went from totally unsatisfied customer to 1000% satisfied, all my requests were done, Hisham was very supportive and understood my concerns and made sure to take care of everything in urgent manner when explained the issues.

Since my last review, i've been contacted by the support team and i got very good experience, even though it shouldn't have happened in first place, but the person who contacted me do actually care to solve the issue. He went far and beyond regarding the IRS ( EIN ) issue. Also, I've been told the closure of the wrongfully made LLC is in the process and it will be taken care of.

And as i promised, the review gets updated if they do help, and they did.

I'm still waiting for them to do the following :
- Close the LLC they wrongfully made in a different state
- figure out why the EIN does not verify at all
- Stop the recurring payment authorization so i don't get charged by them in the future.

i do hope they do what they promised, but for now, its 0/10 rating for the experience i had, will update the review if they ever do fix these issues

My experience.
I want open company in US, so find this site. I paid Basic package for 229$. Then I start verify my documents, i successfully verify my passport. But i cant verify my address. I send 3 official documents, but they cant accept it. I even spend money to make this documents in bank (yes, my bank have fee to make documents). But they not accept it. I try to contact them. They say only "Send again". I reply this documents to email. But they do nothing. They just ignore me. I already send my passport so i dont know what they will do with my passport. Maybe they will just sell this information to other side. Also I contact with my bank to refund money because this is scam. Please not do my mistakes. Find other website or try to register my yourself.

These individuals appear to be scammers; proceed with caution. Initially, I contacted them via email to discuss my intentions and needs. In the email, I clearly stated my location as a non-US citizen and my desire to legally establish fully activated Stripe and PayPal accounts. I received a response the same day, stating they could assist me regardless of my residency but required payment of $397 for their premium plan to aid with PayPal.

After conducting further research for about two weeks and reading reviews, I decided to proceed and paid $397 for their premium plan on September 25th. I received a confirmation email and was subsequently asked to fill out a form, providing my bank statement and international passport as requested. On September 28th, I was notified that my company had been registered. On October 4th, I received information about an EIN, and on October 6th, I was informed that my Stripe account was ready. I was thrilled but then encountered issues.

Following their instructions, I attempted to log in to Stripe, and after a few days, Stripe requested that I upload my ID with a selfie for verification. I complied and informed the Privatily LTD team. Stripe confirmed successful verification, but my account was inexplicably suspended after a week.

They created the Stripe account through SquareSpace. I had clearly explained the nature of my business both before and after payment. The premium package included a "professional website that's 100% accepted." However, they created the website without consulting me and filled it with content of their choice.

I was also promised a free US phone number, but it became apparent after payment that this was a virtual number through a recommended app. When I asked questions, they answered one and ignored the rest, displaying weak overall support.

Embarking on the aventure of forming my LLC with Privatily was an illuminaying experience. Every step felt inuitive, setting the tone for a positive engagement.

It's truly hearening to witness that Privatily's commitment to top-notch service has endured over the years. with my LTD and now my LLC set up, I can now direct my focus expanding my business In The US with confidence.

Their service was good in the beginning, but later turned into a disaster. Even though we paid the fee, they did not renew our company address service. And our company is marked "without address". This created big problems for us. Then our email and website went away and still haven't come back. We paid for them but they don't even return our messages/mails anymore. It is a service built entirely on fraud, never trust it and do not give your personal information. Big problems are awaiting you.

Worst experience ever. I paid for the basic plan on October 23, 2023. I received an email on November 6 that my Stripe account was ready. Just as I opened the account, I received an email titled "Closure of Your Stripe Account." So, what I got from Privatily was a closed Stripe account and a loss of $129 and no customer support. What a deal!

Update: My LLC has been formed by Privately on 8th November 2023 and I received my EIN on 17th November. They delivered the order and won me over. Although delay occurs maybe due to different organizations involved but they are not scammers. Thank you privatily. Looking forward to continued dealings

I feel compelled to share my honest experience with this company, and it's not a pleasant one. I ordered a premium plan from this USA-based company on October 15th and the nightmare began from there. It took an excruciatingly long time, until November 2nd, for me to finally receive the account I had paid for.

Firstly, when I received my login to Stripe, I was shocked to find out that they hadn't included the essential EIN letter. Furthermore, the website they used for account verification lacked an SSL certificate, which is a huge red flag. The website's design was questionable at best, and to make matters worse, the phone number listed on the account was unverified, and I hadn't even received the promised phone number with the account.

As if this wasn't already frustrating enough, when I tried to verify the account with Stripe, they demanded a selfie and passport verification. I complied with their request, only to be hit with another obstacle. Stripe insisted that I needed to verify my business, even though the company had privately assured me it was already verified. This was a clear lie, and I had to wait another day for them to send the EIN letter.

Upon finally uploading the EIN letter, my hopes were crushed when I received an email stating that they couldn't accept my business. It became painfully apparent that this company's intentions were far from honest. Frustratingly, when I reached out to their team to request a refund, they continuously denied my request, claiming they had provided me with a "verified" account, which was far from the truth.

At this point, I decided to take matters into my own hands and contacted my bank to file a dispute against them. I refuse to let these scammers get away with my hard-earned money. My advice to anyone considering dealing with this company is simple: don't waste your time and money on these dishonest individuals.

Save yourself the headache and explore other options. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated, and I hope my review serves as a warning to others to avoid this company at all costs.

Update: one last thing don't get attracted by the the large number of good reviews, most of them are just bots.
