arnaque !!!! j'ai été débité et je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande, impossible de les contactés

Stay away from this company not as advertised,waiting weeks to receive my canvas then when it arrived you have to make it yourself & the picture quality so bad
Also no way to contact them regarding issues

Emailing about a missing print and not receiving any response. Don’t understand how you can run a business ignoring emails ??????

I understand they are not a big company...But I would not recommend buying from them, I have sent out two emails about my order and no one got back to me!
I also got a mobile number you can message about your order, they did respond to that but only to lie to me and say that my first order was held up a the delivery depo and they will send my order out again that day and email my tracing info, shocker they didn't! thought i would give them a few more days for my item to turn up, but nope it didn't I requested a refund and that was dealt with more quicker then the order! i would not recommend ordering from them.

I recieved 2 prints on plastic sheete as a gift. My son's understanding was that they were to be on canvas but they were not. There were some sticks in the box that did not correspond with the pictures or with the instructions that are given to follow on you-tube. One of the pics was obviously not suitable as it was blurred and out of focus and therefore unuseable.

Unfortunately we were hooked on low prices, but the quality of the prints is not worth the money... :(. Plus they came not installed on the frames - some DIY is needed and no idea how this will come up... :(

Ordered and paid on full in Oct last year. Now July of the following year 9 months later and never received it. They say its the delivery companies fault, the delivery company says its printdelux fault. Either of them never
owned up. So basically they took my money and never gave me a product. Day light robbery.

Shamefull experience with those scammers!

Do not order anything from there. Long delivery even though they promise express delivery.

Just waisted my money, do NOT recommend.

Such poor quality!!!!! We payed 11 Euros for express delivery and got the pachage today almost a month later.

A waiste of money, not at all recommended!!! not worth the money.

Contacted the support, but no response form their side. Poor Quality and service!!!

Absolutely brilliant service. Received both my canvases today. Very clear instructions on how to assemble via YouTube. Not rocket science. The quality of the canvas and the frame are excellent. I have used this company before and am reordering again. You will not be disappointed.

Hice un pedido de 8 lienzos una anoche y cuando me salió el mensaje de poner opinión para tener un cheque de 5€ pude leer todas estas opiniones que me hicieron darme cuenta que yo también había caído en sus redes. He solicitado la cancelación y devolución (dado que el pedido no se cursará hasta 24 horas después del primer día laboral, osea el martes 2 de marzo) He capturado las peticiones de anulación, siguiendo las instrucciones de mi entidad bancaria, para que el abogado de mi banco pueda reclamar la devolución en mi nombre si esta empresa se negara a devolverme el dinero. Gracias a las opiniones que he leído en esta página, creo que he llagado a tiempo de no sumarme a la lista de personas estafadas. Les doy a todos UN MILLON de gracias por la advertencia. Les animo a compartir en todas sus redes sociales tan desagradable experiencia, para que ningún otro Canario caiga en sus redes. Yo no tengo fotos de su pésimo trabajo porque creo que he llegado a tiempo de recuperar mi dinero. En cuanto reciba la devolución, si la recibo, reeditaré este comentario para animar a otros a recuperar también su dinero. Publiquen la experiencia en sus redes sociales, adviertan a sus amigos, familiares y conocidos. Yo lo he hecho.
Reedito el comentario con fecha 23/04/21. Esta gentuza mandó a producción el pedido, 4 días después de cancelarlo. Además lo mandaron por mensajero y no lo recogimos. Les llegó devuelto y preguntaron por email el motivo (nunca hablan en persona contigo, no hay huevos)
Seguinos adelante con la reclamación en nuestro Banco, aportando todos los comentarios que les hacíamos en el enlace del pedido. Finalmente, hace 8 días, el Banco resolvió a nuestro favor y ayer procedieron a retroceder el pago en la cuenta de estos sinvergüenzas e ingresarlo en la nuestra.
No permitas que te roben, no te aburras, no tires la toalla. Si caíste en sus redes lucha con uñas y dientes.
Han comprado un bloque de opiniones de 5 estrellas, es algo que, lamentablemente, se puede hacer, con el único objetivo de enterrar las opiniones de gente real. Si lees un comentario de 5 estrellas de críticos con 1 sola reseña, puedes estar seguro que no es real, es comprada en bloque.

Such a scam. They do not provide what they say, the quality is really bad and they do not allow you to contact them more than once. I have contacted my bank to reclaim the money and I urge all who has had the misfortune to deal with these people to do the same.

Print deluxe mi rispondono che non trovavano il mio ordine, io ho lam ricevuta di pagamento della postepay posson bloccare il pagamento o farmi ridare i soldi?

Décevant. J'ai commander une toile et son cadre de 120x60.
1) Les cadrants en bois sont tordu. super pour un cadre.
2) Le système de montage , par tasseau de bois à insérer pour fixer la toile ne s'insère pas...vous pouvez juste abimez votre toile
3) impossible de joindre le SAV. Leur lien sur Messenger ne fonctionne pas. ou alors ils vous demandent un identifiant que vous n'avez pas bien évidement.leur téléphone est numéro de je ne sais ou à londres...etc bref.
comment je fais maintenant.??

reprenez tout et remboursez moi .

PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! Absolute waste of money!! Paid extra for express shipping and came over a month later! you have to assemble the canvas itself without any clear instructions. Its a waste of time and money and its fit for the bin! the least helpful customer service ever! should be removed from the web!
